Glad you like it, yeah I try to find methods that doesn’t take forever but still gives me great results. You also get pretty fast once you’ve done it more than once. I have two wavy/curly hair videos on the working ☺️ so stay tuned!

I’m new to the curly girl method and still learning. I’m glad I’m not the only one who can’t seem to use the denman brush on the back of my head. Now I’m totally just going to coil with my fingers

This video was super helpful! I have always had some wave to my hair but I recently cut it super short and my hair got poofy and frizzy. And now I'm starting to realizes that I need to treat it slightly different!

Looks great!! I'm 2A too but one side just won't form clumps, haha. The other looks great usually. This was definitely encouraging to help trying :)
Awww that must be annoying. Lol some days I can’t be bothered and since my top layer usually loses it’s curl fastest I would just use my curler. Lol no shame xD hahaha. But I’d recommend experimenting between gel or mousse! And see which result you end up liking

Brava! You have wonderful curls and I really do like the way you use very reasonable amount of products on your hair. Also I appreciate the way you stretched out how one must always add water to activate products. I have yet to try the denman to define my curls, but I have curlier and longer and much more hair, and it takes much effort to style them properly. Thank you for your video!
Ohh yeah I can see how it would take way to much time to use a denman brush with longer hair.
I adore this video. You hair looks gorgeous and you make the process seem easy and the end result looks attainable. I was scared to go back to bangs (because mine tend to dry crazy), but yours are adorable!
Awww thank you! honestly i have a love hate relationship with bangs. I feel like 95% of the time I hate it but theres that 5% that keeps me coming back haha. but i only do it in the winter. since my hair gets frizzy and i just like to have nothing on my face when its humid.

Girl your hair is so beautiful and you made it look so effortless and realistic than compared to other tutorials I've seen. Who has the time and neck strength for all the faffing they do?! I finally found a curly hair gel in my local drug store so I can try that with the curly cream. I've gotten curls in the past but they were honestly so sad. I'm gonna hop in the shower right now and try your method, wish me luck! 😁

Haha right you never know what you’ll get. It just rained a lot today where I live and literally had such a nice hair day once I stepped outside the humidity just ruined it 😅
well, apart from the wavy hair bit I never thought of putting a cotton tshirt on my wet hair. never too old to learn! im in my 50;s and in France btw!

thank you for posting this! we have a a very similar curl pattern & length so it was really helpful to see :) do you have any tips for trying to maintain that curl definition on non wash days? like day 2 or day 3 hair? i can get my hair to look really nice on wash days but any day after that it's a complete toss up as to whether or not my curls will still look half decent 😅
tbh I dont really do much when i go to bed, the most I will do is put my hair in a pineapple hair tie with a silk scrunchy. you can search up "pieanpple hair tie for sleep" on google image. But my hair also loses its wavys pretty easily so i do a refresh on the 3rd day. Im not the greatest at explaining and Im debating creating a refresh videe. long story short I just wet the pieces I feel like needs help with a spray bottle and scrunch. you can either do almost all your hair or if your lazy like me just the pieces that you feel need help, you can either leave it at that or add mousse then let it dry then add a little bit of oil so that its not frizzy. This is a long reply but I hope I made sense and this helps :)

finally, ACTUALLY short curls. bro you cant find short CURLY hair videos ANYWHERE! the videos you find are either 1. not even short or 2. not that curly more wavy. thanks for the video

Hi,can you suggest how you take care of your curls during night time since it's short? Recently I cut my hair too and don't know what to do.
I usually just put it in a "pineapple bun" and let the bottom half of my hair fall out, i don't think it makes a huge difference once my hair is all down the next day.

Hey Camila, glad you like my video. For sleeping you can use a silk pillow case or put your hair up on a loose bun on top of your hair. Search up pineapple bun to see. But honestly I don’t really do anything 😅 I just go to bed. I usually just refresh my curls the next day. I’m actually releasing a video about this soon 😊

For me I literally just flip my head upside down and put leave in conditioner in my hair and scrunch it with a shirt till it's dry

girl 👧 we got same hair length and same curl type but your hair is so much better than me … looks so smooth and silky .. we dont have local brand for curly hair care here in 🇲🇾 malaysia .. even buying from oversea would cost hundreds ringgit im definitely can’t afford it. 😪😪😪
