Very aggressive dog. But I guess with this breed it comes down especially to training and discipline at a young age. 🙂

On the whole gas v ev debate, as much as EVs are cool, gas is just better. Think about it: 1) gas is actually better for the environment in the production phase (lithium mining) 2) gas cars actually generate some kind of noise 3) being tossed back in your seat is not the only thing to going fast 4) EVs require FOREVER to charge
1) Production is a very small part of emissions over a vehicle's lifecycle. EVs are far better for the environment in total over full lifespan. 2) Majority of people want their car to be as quiet as possible. 3) Definitely true, regardless of powertrain. ICE HP wars are dumb too 4) True for roadtrips, but for daily driving plugging in at home is far more convenient than going to the gas station, getting oil changes, spark plugs, etc. I'm a car enthusiast and love ICE engines, but EVs have real advantages for avg consumer, especially as they continue to get cheaper. Both ICE and EV have their use cases and they will coexist for decades.
Hope you enjoyed the race! I did, as always, but this time on TV. Silverstone was great though this year! £175k for that XM - no thanks (not that I can afford it). Sadly, after all that I saw Australians subject to (and not push back hard enough!) during the pandemic by their government/police, definitely not a place I will be visiting any time soon.
You’ve obviously read some exaggerated articles - the governments handling of the pandemic wasn’t that bad but it varied state to state. My state, Victoria, had the hardest lockdowns/regs but it was alright in the end.

Especially in Victoria, if you were happy with it then you are definitely in favour of a draconian, authoritative government. The impact of the lockdown measures has had a massive impact, even one that we continue to see here in the UK.
I will never drive an EV it’s a shame what politicians and the car industry have turned vehicles into. Fortunately In Australia we still have almost zero infrastructure but I laugh when we see how Europe struggle and EV resale values plunge and Australia keeps ploughing its furrow into the same mess as our infrastructure support is even more fragmented ❤. 😂
EV vs Combustion is just a distraction from the real issue. Western politicians run by the WEF and the illuminati puppet Klaus Schwab want to ban all cars in the long run and cram us into carfree 15 minute cities, where we "won't own anything and be happy". The only way to get around will be your own two feet, a bicycle or public transit at best.
@@brandondapromate not in this country I'd like you to drive 2500ks in 3 days all can say is see you when you eventually get here. In Oz once you leave the cities there is NO charging infrastructure. There are friends of mine that travel 250ks one way just to shop.

I haven’t seen any XMs in the suburbs of Sydney where I should. Worse only 1 7 series in 2 years. Lots of new S classes though. At least the X5 and X7 sell up a storm.
Boiling across the Tasman where you are and freezing here in Auckland. I have an arctic grey X5M50i which I absolutely love and am debating going electric in the future but the XM styling just puts me off, it’s horrendously ugly.

Drove a XM at a M event in Seattle this summer. Certainly a different vehicle than my M340, but I really enjoyed it. Tons of power!
