I daily an R6, I live in the heart of Sydney. I am 50. My ride to work is an hour each way. It took about a month of pain, and then I got used to it. But why get used to it? This video is a really good one to heed its warning They are all true. R6 is not a daily rider for sure, there are much much better bikes. But if you are getting one... You. Will. Have. Fun. I look forward to that ride to work. That little bonus ride back. I love riding to the point where even cruising to the shop at slow speeds is fun. Just a feeling of freedom I cant explain. Just know what you are getting into.
12:14 I feel the same way. I have a blue 2009 r6 and it was my dream bike when I was 12 years old and even had posters of it on my wall and bought it when I turned 25 I love it and don’t ever plan on getting rid of it!!!!
Really after 20 mins… I would go out for hours I loved the r6… also maybe look into adjustable rear sets.. I had those on mine and would adjust them all the time for types of rides
Yooo I want a r6 same color , my dad just got a cbr600rr I ride dirt bikes and I catch on fast can’t wait to ride his bike to practice so I can get mine 😊
I have a 06 r6 i it doesn’t overheat at all it runs really good it sits around 175 on idle even after being ran. It is actually wait more comfortably than a 05 cbr600 I rode and just as comfy as a 2013 zx6r
Idk, my 02 FZS 600 is the same engine as a R6 but with 2k less rpm and only 5 less hp... I still get 140mph in 5th gear at 10k rpm out of a total of 14k and 6 gears. I enjoy street riding it, but I used to ride my 07 CBR125R to the redline through tight twisty 30mph corners and peg scrape at 75mph so... I'm just built different :'D I also still get a nice mileage of 55 miles per gallon and have a 22 litre tank giving me an easy 200+ mile range which is really comparable to a 125cc but with tons of fun, it's why I'm not so bothered about getting a Yamaha R1 yet as I'm enjoying how cheap it is on a 600cc 4cyl with only around $450 for my 2nd year of insurance on it :P
If you wanted comfort, you should have bought a goldwing. It is what it is and thats why you bought it. Are you squeezing with your knees? I rarely get discomfort riding sportsbikes but yeah, yamahas seem the most aggressive.
Been wanting one of these since 2006 no need to watch this but if anyone wants to know just buy it. I am and I thought I would never buy a 600cc ever again while I still have my 2008 gsxr I bought new in 2008
I’m wondering what was the point of this comment is? Is it some kinda flex? Because if your mommy and daddy are buying you a 10 Yamaha r6? Then you better not be flexing!
@@7oh7-Danayou’ll be fine as long as you’re not afraid of standing in one foot (the other on the break) you can always lower her too I’m 5’8 and I tippy toe with both down or flat foot with one you can make it work

My guy gotta stop stopping right behind the car during red lights... we don't want you to get crushed!
I was just taking it real slow, usually I’m on the sides or in between the lanes
Ngl about to buy a 2008 R6, sold my 2014 Ninja SE EX300 and cannot wait
You should leave the wrap as is, I like the way it looks. Also bro what gloves are you wearing?
I like the all white vibe too! They’re custom RevRoyal.co gloves
YUH ROYAL FAMILY

Hahah the MT 09 look familiar !!!
I think I know that biker 😎
im on an R1M and thats even more hahaha
R1M has to be the most aggressive bike out there 😂
@@RoyalRsix hahah idk but definitely has you bent up haha im following you on Insta
Can a r6 keep up with a r1?
Straight line, no. Around corners, yes
Definitely not in a straight line, on the corners it’s a different story
AGV helmet and R6 LOL. Instagram starter kit.
Better be following the IG then 😂
Other ways to express myself? 👀 is TH-cam still gonna continue?
Yes of course! Got more projects I’m working on behind the scenes
Haha no ways you replied to me. Love you tons bro once I buy my R6 it's gonna be another royalrsix 😁

At least he worked towards that goal blud want to enjoy himself@@coywilliams6251
First, hi😊
Real one right here 🤍
👍
i might be to short for an r6 rip🥲
I’ve seen guys on the Yamaha website saying they are 5’2 and ride one how tall are you
@@Louis-os2nt 5,5💀
It’s the wide seat that makes it harder to flat foot

I have an r6 highest height possible
