If you put Staircase into your pants slot, it will turn into Gold Trimmed Lucky Purple Shorts and you will get most hilarious reaction from Marnie and Lewis every time you approach them even if you gave original shorts back to Lewis :))))
The blacked out hearts won’t fill! You have to give them the bouquet to unlock the 10 heart (intimate) cut scene and that makes you their gf. So there’s no way to cheat on Sebastian on accident lol
Also when fishing you have to press A when you see the exclamation point above your head. Then press and hold the green bar to keep it behind the fish icon in order to catch it. Some fish are harder to catch but eventually you unlock better rods!

I just found out something important.
There is a furniture item that has unlimited storage for clothing. It's called the birch dresser, and costs 5k. You can buy it at Robin's. Amanda doesn't need to store clothes in 10 different chests, and it has organization features.

@@owleyes311 Welcome. I know this game doesn't hold your hand, but it make some stuff WAYYYY too hard to find. I went down to the Stardew Valley forums. Apperently you can give suggestions that the game creator, Concerned Ape may listen and add to the game, so I asked for some better clothing options, among other things, and I was told about the dresser. That's great and all, but why doesn't the dresser have a better description? I also still think that you should be able to dress while using the dresser, like you can from the wizard area, since you can't preview clothing with doing the dresser. Anyway, not a lot of people are voting for that, so you should join the forum and say you want it too, maybe he'll add it?

When buying chickens, it tells you what color it will be when picking the barn and you can cancel getting that color. If you go to buy a chicken again the color will be different.

I am so glad I never did that quest because Clint and Emily are my OTP alongside Marnie and Mayor Lewis. Besides if you do this cutscene and you don't marry Emily then it feels like you're kind of breaking Clint's heart for nothing. I'm pretty sure if you see this one before the cutscene where Clint asks Emily out then he never will....

The void chicken is a natrual event that will just happen on ur farm, u have a one in 4 chance to get a blue chicken if u buy one after shane's heart event, and crab pots give u shellfish, foragebles, and sometimes trash if u put them in the water and then add bait. Love ur vids keep up the great work!
You can also buy a void egg by sewer man for 5k gold
If you leave a spot free in a chicken coop instead of filling it up completely, there also a chance that a witch will drop off a void egg, which hatches into a black chicken. 💜😊💚
Not sure if it’s only on the mobile version but when you buy a chicken from Marnie, while you’re selecting the coop to put them in it tells you at the top of the screen what color the chicken is. I usually just click cancel until I get a blue one or other color I want. Hope that helps too!

When fishing, there will be an exclamation point above your head. As that happens, press A, then try to keep the fish sprite in the green bar. Hope this helps
That part was hilarious. The shortest possible cast and ignoring all the fish that were biting while complaining how much fishing sucks. :)

Oriental fan + cloth = bridal shirt
Pearl + cloth = bridal veil
Sunflower + cloth = long skirt(yellow)
Then you dye the long skirt white:
White item (ex:egg) + long skirt (do this step 3x to make the skirt white)

With the Slime farm you put water in a tub thing i think and the slime gives you some kind of material that you can sell for a lot. I only got one because i married Sebby and he said it would be awesome if we could farm the slimes haha.
Slides also have color values, and you can look up a guide online.
Yellow slimes (green and red) drop gold ore.
White slimes (balance all color values at 255) drop diamonds, but there are other ways to get many diamonds.

If you have an incubator in your chicken coop, buy a void egg from Krobus & place the egg in the incubator. Also pro tip for clothes: buy a dresser from Robin to put your clothes in

OMG YESSSSS!!! We have Amanda and Sebbys wedding, Pom pom and Pierce's, Now we just need Flick and Cj's!!! 🦎+ 🦦(there was no beaver haha) PS A tip on fishing there are some fishing rods that you can buy from willy that have more green line to catch the fish and just press A a bunch and you'll get the hang of it eventually. Also when the ! comes above your head you press Y or maybe A and the you catch the fish.( Took me like 2 weeks to be good at fishing lol) Also thanks for showing us about stardew valley now its my comfort game:)

If you buy a dresser from Robin you can put all your clothes in there. You can also put boots, rings and hats in there as well. To get a void chicken you need a void egg which you can buy from Krobus in the sewer, them put the egg in the incubator which comes with the Big Coop upgrade. You can also get the void egg from the person with truck who comes on Fridays and Sundays.

If you want to get past the bouncer you have to complete a freaking journey of completing tasks and the first one is in a tunnel past the bus stop. You need a battery pack, there’s a box in the tunnel that is on the wall in the dark. Once you complete all the tasks you get a club card to get to the casino which is in Sandy’s shop behind the bouncer. I hope Amanda tries this because it’s pretty fun actually. Anyways, have a good day!

That montage though.. I can't believe I cried. I just started playing a few days ago, and started watching this series as a sort of how-to, because I learn better alongside someone else learning.. Then got sucked in. Nothing has made the game shine more than how you put their story (so far) all in 5 or so minutes. I thought I bought a farming simulator. I had no idea how wrong I was, and I'm glad this was the first channel I found. Such a precious game, and I love how you live it instead of playing it.

Dont know if you found this out by now, but to fish, when the controller vibrates/a sound plays/ an exclamation point pops up above your characters head, you push the A button which will open the fishing mini game. There, you have to keep the fish in the green bar by pressing and holding the A button when the fish goes up, and letting the A button go when the fish goes down. Increasing your fishing skill and buying the better rods, bait, and lurs will make fishing a lot easier

Star-Dew actually has a really fun main plot. To activate it, you have to enter the tunnel that is left of the bus stop. The tunnel wall will have a gray box that will give you your first quest. I found it on accident, so I wasn’t sure if you found it yet.

Edit: Also, as far as chickens go, the blue chicken can pop up after you see Shane's 8 heart event and the void chicken can happen by either having a random event in which the witch (aka the Wizard's ex) flies over your coop in the night or you can unlock the sewer by donating 60(?) items to the museum and getting the sewer key from Gunther and then talking to Krobus (a shadow person who lives in the sewer) and buying a void egg from him.
Also, the key to the luau is gold star cauliflower. Grow a bunch in spring and you're set.

don't worry, the more you fish the easier it gets, so you'll get there! also you can use the training rod in the beginning to practice :) also it might help to watch a tutorial cuz it can definitely help! it helped me

I think you may have meant it rhetorically, but the way to get void chickens
1. Luck, just waiting for the witch to curse one of yours
2. Donate to Gunther at the museum until he gives you a key and the key is to the sewer and a monster will sell them to you.
Also, in the desert if you luck out and get your hands on a dinosaur egg I reccomend not selling it or donating it. Put it in your chicken coop incubator cause you can get more later if you do that

Also I love Sebby too, but I honestly really like Sam and even Abigail a lot those 3 are a couple of class A dorks in the best possible way and Sebby is the most like "mysterious cool kid" of the 3 but they're all secretly just a bunch of precious nerds and I love them. I like Harvey and Elliot a lot too because so are they beneath like surface level. Personally I like Pierre and Lewis well enough, Lewis is just kind of a lonely depressed older guy who just likes to garden. He's lazy as all hell as a mayor, but nice enough as a person.
Pierre I liked better as you get to know him better, he's still not the best person ever, way better than the Joja guy whose name I honestly forget though. And uh I can honestly agree with you though on the fact everyone talking crap about his stuff is not a good look. Like I legit realized he was reselling the stuff we sell him and like taking credit for it when folks mention it getting better though, which is a load of crap. Especially since he says "his stuff is the best." He's not an awful guy like deep deep down but you gotta do some serious digging through his life with like his entire family to kinda get there with him. He's kind of a prick, but he does have a really good recipe to share with you if you befriend him that Linus really likes so like... guess there's that going for him is that he makes a mean fruit tart? 😅👍 I usually try to befriend him for that but.... after I get the recipe I usually just don't care enough to make much better friends than an acquaintance with him cause like... that sneaky ass is taking credit for my work. The other townsfolk may not help me with much but like.... I literally keep that guy's shop afloat single handedly and he doesn't even give me credit for putting the work in to grow all his produce for him 😑
As for slimes I got the reward for killing a bunch in the mines and can now safely keep them as pets. You can get some really good rare drops even from farmed slimes though if you have good luck, like coal and iridium and diamonds even sometimes
I also got way to close to Emily on the playthrough I romanced Elliot I like him a lot too he is the epitome of extra, but Emily is really cool XD i got the cutscene before I proposed though so oops
Its kinda funny shes talking about hating the idea of a slime farm cause im married to Sébastien in my game and he keeps bringing up the idea of breeding slimes lol

As soon as you can you need to make a recycling machine. It turns the trash into things you can use
It's okay to get other people to 10 hearts just don't give them their favourite things otherwise Seb will start to question it. You're only boyfriend or girlfriend if you give them a bouquet.
Give it until the other house upgrades or put the bear in the shed. It makes the place significantly larger and you can stuff it in an obscure corner. I put it in the corner of my shed. So I see a carved bear and pretend I bought it from Leah. Also keep the trash and get recycling machines. You get resources and neat shit from trash and cds and stuff. The Cds and glasses make the bars used to make the crystal paths, you can have tons of them in no time. Dude! Get the farm, you put the slime in a thing to make slime eggs, which come in different colors. And you can mix the colors and the babies are gradients. It's so adorable! Also I feel bad that no one else interesting is Marnie's age. That's why she's messing with Lewis. She's cradle robbing everyone except like...Linus maybe?
