The thing that worked for me was doing a reset , under system then console info do reset but kepp games and applications, it will reload and all your settings will be there, Very important You need to KNOW your email account info to log back in
Could there be any other reason like internally or something that need replaced cause I start the Xbox one S (gray) up it takes about maybe 10 min in the green screen then the home screen won’t load for awhile then when I click a game to play it gives me the error of “took to long to load up” I’m not trying to bug you but this has been the bane of my Xbox S existence. Help would be appropriated!
Thank you! what about having a wifi connection that just goes all over the place - never consistent? Mine goes up to 100mb/s and then down to 1000kb/s and everything in between and sometimes cuts out long enough (maybe a second or two) but it is enough to "lose connection" while playing multiplayer games.

I’m building a gaming pc so I will be able to go more in depth with troubleshooting soon. And plus the Cpu and graphics card will be decent

The internal HDD is a Toshiba 5400 rpm piece of shit. Clearing cache or any other method is temporary and will not permanently fix it.

When I done it, it freeze my Xbox and my Xbox started having problem please help
