*sigh* This gives me nostalgia back when I played Super Mario DS. It might’ve been my first Mario game and I remember playing it a ton when I was sick. The blue shell was always my favorite power up. Good times.

In my opinion the blue shell is a really good and underrated power up. It should appear in mario maker 3. It would make for some interesting levels
I don’t think there will be a super mario maker 3 but i would love if it came out
this honestly should have been in the game, at the very least as a NSMB powerup. Imagine all the insane kaizo levels or puzzle levels that could utilize it

This power up gives me nostalgia, NSMBDS is my first mario bros game, and also my fav mario bros. Blue shell is my fav power up, i mastered the art of the blue shell as a kid

Always good to see you getting back to videos without doing fast forward scenes. Any time you fast forward it really kills the video entirely.
Blue Shells were around since SMW, but wasn't made a powerup until NSMB so it makes sense.
Fun fact: There is an unused Blue Koopa Troopa in the files of New Super Mario Bros. You can use it's shell like the power-up.

Blue Shell is from New Super Mario Bros.
When you run in enough speed then Mario is the one who will go inside. You can block specific enemies like Goombas and Koopa Troopas while ducking.
You know what would be cool?
If they make a mario 64 mode

How about a smashy powerup that makes you smash things like the giant mushroom,it can also have lemmys balls pattern ;)
however, you can still take damage in order to balance it out from mega mushroom

Blue shell is the one powerup I've wanted since the beginning. I wouldn't mind if it was only in nü soup.

In its original style their were no checkpoint flags it would just pop up as you reached what nentindo thought would be a good check point spot usually 1/3 or 2/3 ways though the level
I really want this stuff to be in a new Mario maker game. (assuming it comes out, which I hope it does.)
I wish this power up had the mario kart desing since it would allowed mario to have a Down Jump And kill all the enemies like hyper sonic jump in S3K and problably it will be another power up that Make mario Fly

Fun fact: the blue shell originally was from super Mario WORLD! Of course, it didn’t have the same ability’s of it in nsmbds, but it actually came from super Mario world.

There was another use for the blue shell: it allowed you to swim faster. Probably should've added water to your test level.
