This lady is adorable, reminds me of my mom a bit. I find it cool how different cultures have similar ways of making things, parts of this are just like how my mom makes flour tortillas.
Today was my first attempt at making parathas. They took on the identity of every other shape but round. Nevertheless, they tasted great and making them from scratch was a very gratifying experience. Thanks a lot for the tutorial.

I have just made for the first time Paratha, after initially finding in a supermarket frozen here in the UK, they came out fine. I love Paratha, they are so nice and the texture is similar to flaky or puff pastry rather than Naan bread. I will almost always choose to make my own from now on.
Thankyou so much aunty.. Maine aaj pehle baar parathe banaye hai.. Roti aur puri toh mai bana leti hu par aaj parathe try karne ka mann tha toh uska tutorial dekha apke channel pe, Maine nahi socha tha itna accha banega isliye bas thoda sa hi banaya tha upar se atta kam par gaya tha toh maine usme maida mila liya.. Aur mera paratha itna accha bana itna toh puri bhi nahi banta.. Thank u soo much😘😘😘😘
