I made these Parathas today. It was so good that my daughter who doesn't like to eat cauliflower , just finished it in one go thinking it is paneer Parathas because of added cheese. Thank you for sharing such nice recipe.

I tried this today as my husband had to go out of town. I had already grated the cauliflower last night and kept in fridge without adding salt. So in the morning it saved me time. I didn't have cheese. My husband liked it very much. Thank you so much for such a simple recipe for a tasty breakfast.😊

Lovely recipe ma’am . The chutney doesn’t have a lot of liquid by adding a tsp of corn slurry whilst cooking and then you get a lovely saucy chutney. Enjoy and thank you 🙏🏻
