SCART to HDMi adaptor 1.2v Voltage rail fix/mod

Modified SCART to HMDI adaptor fix. I accidentally overvolted the unit and blew up the 1.2v DC rail.Because I didnt know what components were used in the unit, I replaced the onboard switcher with an external buck switcher board

Only one ground wire is enough off course. :-)
