Thank you!!! Very quick and informative!! Help me out a lot.!!! I put to much oil in my bike. So much that it was pouring out. I didn’t know how to check it so I added more when I checked it the wrong was. I was riding and oil was spewing out from the air filter cover…. Good thing it’s a Kawasaki, another brand I will not mention may have bogged out and maybe even caused some damage.
Aw, I always knew it was this to check the oil but never have a second body to help me actually check it. I didn’t think of recording it to check the levels if alone. Good advise, I’ll actually be doing that more often. Thanks for the tip & video friend 😉.
Good idea - good advice 👍🇺🇸 wonder why they consistently make it a pain in the butt to check oil on M/C but put a dip stick on the power washer, the lawn mower, etc…. ???
I believe I purchased it from JP cycles. It’s a 5 3/4 Pathfinder brand LED. It’s a great upgrade. I didn’t even feel safe riding at night with that halogen. This LED lights up everything real nice.
They do make adapters to make sure the LED bulb sits in the housing correctly. I rigged it myself with zip ties because that’s what rednecks do and it works just fine but it’s not gonna sit properly unless you either get an adapter or rig it like I did.

If you’re talking about the far left light just below the low fuel indicator, that one is for coolant. If that light is on, you need to check your coolant levels.
As clever as Kawasaki are, why the hell didn't they just have a 'DIPSTICK' mounted on the oil filler..........Duh? (love this bike btw, mine's a real beaut!)

I believe you are referring to the indicator light in the middle. That is the turn signal indicator.

Only a kickstand. What one did you buy so I know to avoid it.
You can build a service stand out of a couple 2X8’s and a length of pipe. Lifts the bike level without any drama.
