Question I have no experience drawing 🤦🏾♀️. Would I be able to do that. Also in the courses would we be replicating the same designs 🤔 or would we be able to do authentic designs 🤔 thanks. This is most interesting.
Great questions. I can’t draw AT ALL. Lol. So no, drawing experience is not required. You will use all the tools in the design program you decide to use (Canva, Affinity, etc). Michelle teaches you how to use those programs to create any stickers you want. Also, you can absolutely make original designs. I bought her templates so I could develop them quickly, but I’m also starting to develop my own now. Let me know if you have any more questions. 🤗

Hi Karen, please excuse my ignorance, but how do you stop people from taking your digital items and then reselling themselves? Is there a copyright or anything like that?
Hi Anna - It’s a great question. The best you can do is add a copyright notice on each of your pages as it makes it more difficult for people to copy your work and sell it as their own. Then, just keep an eye out. It’s actually not that hard for folks to catch someone selling their digital items. We all kind of run in the same circles and look out for each other. Does that help?

@@annabanana50 yes. you just have to add a copyright symbol and your business name. Not the same as trademarking a brand.

Very good video! If you could only choose one would you recommend starting with the stickers or the planners class?
If you want to sell both at some point, definitely start with the planners. Then when you’re ready, add on stickers. Some folks decide to only sell stickers, so in that case, the decision would be easy. 🤗

I have digital stickers too. 6 months no sales. Costing me to list.
It can take some time. But, if you are marketing and bringing regular traffic to your shop, it will slowly start to gain momentum.
@@karenbkohn So, if we have no ways of getting traffic to our show, it is basically pointless to go on Etsy? Etsy will not show your store in search?
@@MarinaArtDesign They definitely show your products in search. Using Etsy ads is also very helpful (you can learn more info. about this in a few of my other videos). But, there are some specific ways to use ads effectively that I'll probably be covering in an upcoming course I'm developing. You definitely want to bring your own traffic as well. Basically, the more your products are purchased on Etsy and the more positive reviews you have coming in, the more Etsy will show you in search. So, you have to do the leg work in the beginning to get the ball rolling. Does that make sense?
i did my research and since i live in iran and the money value is different. 30 dollars is like 1M here. i also need to pay 1.5M for a pay pal account or any cash app account wich is the most i can do

Hi Rahil - I may need some clarification about your question. Are you wondering what other platform you could sell on besides Etsy? If so, you don't need a pay pal account to sell on Etsy. Perhaps you're asking something different. Please let me know. :)
@@karenbkohn yess im looking for platforms. iran is banned from most countries so I can't work with most platforms . since they all have a fee and transfer money in different ways
