“My dad was lighting a bonfire and set his wax jacket alight while I watched on and ate a Fab lolly” is the most Yorkshire thing that’s ever happened to any kid 😂😂😂
I have never let my sister forget the day I bought 4 mars bar ice creams, popped them in the freezer for later, when I got back to the freezer, there was an empty box in the fridge, I called my sister out and she replaced them... only to eat 3 from the new box! It's criminal, and I am just glad to have the chance to call her out on the Internet.
A moment’s silence for the 7 mars bars ice creams eaten by your sister in cold (sorry couldn’t help myself) blood🫡. Reminds me of that one Christmas my brother ate my crunchie (easily my favourite) out of the milk tray my grandma used to get us. It was just a small crunchie, but 13 years have passed and no amount of indulging in honeycomb goodness will ever wash away the bitter aftertaste of such a soulless, merciless betrayal. If I had to sprint home then I already gave up. There was no way I was getting home, finding some coins, and getting back out there before the ice cream man was gone. I felt that disappointment too many times.
Evan, not sure how long you've been consistently out of the states, but we had Magnum's in the states for 10 yrs or so. It's marketed as a premium ice cream bar.
After having had Citation Needed on the whole evening as background entertainment, this was a bit mind boggeling as it mixed up different spheres of the internet for me. But you two really worked great together. And now I want to test British ice creams too.

Love seeing Matt in collaborative videos. It was a sad day when Matt and Tom's Park Bench ended. It was cause of those guys I found out about Taskmaster and thats one of my favourite tv shows!

"Jimmies" is a very northern US word. I'm a Florida boy, and for a few months one summer I worked at Dairy Queen. A lady came in and asked for an ice cream with jimmies... I was so confused. I was like, "...excuse me, ma'am? With what now?" And she went, "Oh, I guess that's a northern thing. Sprinkles, then." Oh, you northerners and your silly slang 😜 Evan, you need to visit the States again, because we definitely have Magnum ice cream here! And they make some of the most delicious chocolate-covered raspberry ice cream bars 😋
If you want to buy hundreds and thousands at the store in the US, the proper name of the product is "nonpareil." Sprinkles and jimmies are the rod-shaped ones. As was mentioned already, in New England, sprinkles are always rainbow and jimmies are always chocolate. And to head it off before it gets brought up, the term "jimmies" has absolutely no etymological connection to Jim Crow, which is for some reason a popular myth that will not die.

I would call the frozen ones ice cream or ice lolly. A lolly is something with a wooden stick for me, like a popsicle. Also, nice to see Matt here. Twister is a classic for me, not the best but consistently very good.
Huh, an ice lolly is made with frozen water an ice cream is frozen cream , if it has a stick with ice cream on it it’s still an ice cream not an ice lolly
Generally in NZ, we refer to the frozen ice ones as Ice Blocks, and the others as Ice Cream, so a Popsicle would be a Ice Block, and a Magnum an Ice Cream.

Ok, I'm only just on the Mars bar ice cream, and they've shunned my favourites and put one I don't like at the top. Tur tut. 😂
And... milky way is different from Mars, not the same at all!
