@@graceh8866 I’ll have to have a look through the different options! I also think I’d prefer A6 cards. (These ones were A5.) ☺️ Thank you for watching and taking the time to comment. 🌟
The prints are colorful and pleasing to the eye. Personally, when giving an occasion card I prefer a satin or gloss finish. However, if you are gifting them to be framed, then definitely the mat finish. Otherwise, it's what pleases you. Will you seal the cards to protect them from moisture? I have an HP printer and I spray mine with lacquer to protect them. A drop of water will spoil my prints as the ink will run.
@@cindymichaud7111 Thank you so much for your feedback. Hearing your opinions was really helpful. I hadn’t considered sealing the cards but it’s something that I’ll now consider. Thank you!
@@ronaybarkay2414 Hello. Initially, I used the Canon Easy Print Photo app. I selected ‘Photo Layouts’ then ‘Borderless (x2)’ and just put the image on one side. However, I now print through my computer and use Affinity Designer to position my images. There’s a video about that here, if you’d like to see: th-cam.com/video/3TXwxD1HeZs/w-d-xo.htmlsi=iYuzaP5_F8-B_Xy4 Hope that’s helpful. 🙂 Thank you for watching.
Thanks for the video, I was thinking to get this printer but wasn't sure about 300gsm cardstock because it doesn't mention cardstock on website. Did you have any issues with cardstock and heavy photo paper? Thanks
@@omnisepher Hello, thank you for your comment. I’ve only put one sheet in the printer at a time so I don’t know how it would feed through if multiple pieces were fed through one after the other. I don’t want to say it definitely works with heavier papers as I’ve not tested them all - sorry I’m not able to answer your question. Perhaps you could send Canon an email to ask about compatibility?
@@thelittlemouseshouse hi, thanks for the answer. Website already tells up to 300gsm photo paper, but wasn't sure about 300gsm cardstock but it seems it works fine in the video. I'm also fine sending paper 1 by 1. I'm in between G650 and this model, just because 300gsm cardstock possibility...
Adorable. Fabulous color. I definitely would not choose a card where I couldn't write.
Hehe yep, I think I’ll avoid the fully glossy one. All of the others would be perfect though!
