College student na ako and I've been wanting to have printer kasi sobrang mahal na ng pagpapaprint ngayon lalo na't puro paper works and module, kaso we can't afford to buy one kasi mahirap lang din kami. I tried to save money for printer, pero naggamit din kasi madaming bayarin sa school and bills sa bahay. Hopingg na magkaroon na ng printer ngayong year🥺☝️❤️

I'm currently using the Epson 2720 and haven't been too impressed by the quality. I have been on the hunt for a new printer for my sticker business. My current printer seems to print grainy to me and some colors aren't true to color in my opinion. Are you still using this Canon Printer? What are your updated thoughts? Is the print quality still good? Is there any graininess look to the sticker paper you print on? Im very curious and hope to hear back from you!

Hi..g570 is a dye ink printer. Is there a way from protection the prints from bleeding when they come in contact with moisture, because dye Inks aren't water resistant
Do you have a video on how you make your stickers? At the end of this video I saw a machine you used after printing on the Canon.
Which printer would you recommend more for shop owners this one (canon) or the one from ur previous video (epson l1118) ??
Hi there Louisa! It will actually depend on your budget and needs :D Here is a quick rundown on their features:
Epson L1118:
+ best value, approx. 7,000 php (200php applied, with free 3 packs of itech stickers already!!); many of my ig followers got this via the sticker maker business package here th-cam.com/video/eOdQbBVUbTU/w-d-xo.html and they are super satisfied with it and sulit! ^^
+ pigment ink compatible (waterproof ink, no need for photo top when used with itech stickers)
+ refill inks are very easy to find (shopee!)
+ 4-ink system (continuous ink); one ink bottle is 90-100 php for brands like i-tech sinergy, cuyi, hansol etc
- cannot print 250 gsm
- wired connection (not really a problem though)
- we recommend you use your printer every week at least, so that the pigment ink runs smoothly and will not clog
Canon G570:
+ approx. 12,700 php (with some photo paper freebies valid til sept 31)
+ 6-ink system (continuous ink); ink might be more expensive, 200+ php each for original inks
+ uses canon dye ink (which means really vivid); but not recommended to use with pigment ink
+ wireless printing!
+ borderless printing (perfect for posters, art prints and photographs)
- in the long run, might be more expensive to use since you need to use canon native inks
- you can use photo top to protect your work from being damaged with water
Here is my final verdict:
* Epson L1118 is better for those who are still starting / expanding their sticker shops (especially since we still have the sticker maker business package code! The code will only be available within 30 days upon the upload of that vlog)
* Canon G570 is perfect for photographers who need vivid colors on their work, and also for art print makers, poster/photocard makers who do not necessarily need waterproof works :) You can still use it for stickers, but if you work for clients who need waterproof outputs, you might have to put extra effort to laminate them

Another informative video! I'm learning a lot from you! How does the ink hold up with time? I find that my prints on photopaper using my canon printer turns yellow orange in a few days. Do you think it has to do with the photo paper I used?
Hi Precious! I haven't seen significant changes to the print color / quality yet. Maybe I need to observe it longer. Are you also using native canon inks?

Hi! Im a local photographer, and I need to purchase a printer for our photo prints. How is the performance of the printer so far? Did you encounter some sort of major problem up to this day? Would you have went with a different printer such as the Epson L850 / L805? Also, whats your biggest bottomline or best comment regarding this printer? Hoping for your reply, not a lot of people are reviewing this printer model. Thanks!
@joshua, this canon G570 is for arts and crafts and a little on the photo side, I' am also a hobbyist on weekends, i happen to have the L850(all in one) 6 color ink system and the L1800 for larger prints(A3+), and yes, these 2 are my work horses(family prints), i just love to print photos, something tangible, old school kasi ako. if professional looking prints habol mo, I suggest get the canon pro series either the pro 200 or pro 300. Hope this helps.
@@silentkillermd weve been using the G570 and G670 for 5 months na. No problems with the quality prints. Ok naman yan sana Pro 200 or Pro 300, kahit nga pro 100 lang. pero welcome to the philippines, where support and supply are scarce. Ink nga for G570 and G670 are very hard to come by these days. kahit mismo si canon, walang supply. Mga shopee stores, ubos din.

this makes me want to buy that exact printer! haha! but really, the colors are amazing! i’m using epson L3150 now and preparing to start a sticker business too. the colors using my printer aren’t very accurate compared to the digital art. do you think canon printers are better than epson when it comes to art merchandise?

@@hendsaeed779 I'm currently using Epson L3150. It cannot print A3 Size. You can use L1800 for A3 outputs instead but it's higher in price. There will be visible roller marks for thick paper unless you will remove the shark teeth (which will void the warranty -- I suggest not doing it). I don't recommend L3150 for thick papers/stickers.
@@iska7211 You'll just have to use Linen/Woven photo paper and Matte papers, no visible roller marks, sa Glossy papers and Luster(semi-gloss) siya nag a-appear. I 'am using L1800(A3+).

Hi po! We use different papers po :> bit for our art prints, we already decided to outsource ☺️ the gsm are around 250-300 gsm! Hope this helps!

I have so many questions as someone who's planning to start a business but for now I really wanna know if this printer is until 300gsm only >
Canon says the maximum is around 275gsm. I don't recommend more than that. It could break the roller. If you want to print thick papers just get an offset printer or modified epson printer.
