Chad, I live in Marietta. I started watching your TH-cam channel in Jan.-2024. I just watched ONE MILE OUT. I have forwarded ONE MILE OUT to several friends and told them they must watch the entire video. I can't say enough as to how your crew and you have become a HUGE motivational force for me. I have fairly serious orthopedic issues with my Lumbar section of my lower spine. Three surgeons have told me surgery will not be of any benefit. I couldn't walk 100-feet without pain engulfing my low spine. ONE
MILE OUT! I've taken the motivation I get from you to now go from a limit of 100-feet to walking 1/3 of a mile. Sounds like little consequence. I still have the same pain as before but now I tell myself to grab the bull by the snout. I have had Ranger's tell me pain let's you know you are alive. You said this in ONE MILE OUT. I plan to contact you when I do 1-mile! Pray for our Republic! God Bless you!

I understand what you’re trying to say, but to be able to run such a race, or any race is quite a privilege. That guy is awesome and he’s extremely lucky to be able to train and race on events like this one. Of course you will encounter highs and lows on a 250mile race but, people’s « valid » problems (like financial problems, illness or any stuff like that) can be much worse than signing up to a race and decide to suffer because trail races are hard, and after some distance, the suffering starts inevitably. Running is a privilege.

Congratulations to you both. Your race and fight are no less as remarkable as what Chadd accomplished! Keep fighting one more day and lean not on your own understanding. Lean on the Lord.
If no one has ever shared the Gospel with you, I would like to take this opportunity to do that. The Apostle Paul's says in Roman's 3:23 all have sinned and come short of the glory of God.
When we admit that it's step one
Then when you hear the Gospel (1CORINTHIANS 15;1-4) the death, burial, and Resurrection of Jesus Christ and his shed blood, Paul tells us when we believe that in our heart, that the Holy Spirit seals us till the day of Redemption.
      Ephesians 1:13
So if you believe that you are now saved✝️✝️✝️
God will light your path🙏🙏🙏your free!!!! Now get a KJV and study Roman's first, and God will lead you, I pray for both of you right now that God will strengthen you and give you peace✝️✝️✝️

I’m a archery Elk hunter but I’ve never done anything like that. That’s up there in the Ultra -Ultra Marathon stuff! Still struggling with my purpose, but we homeschool my youngest and I focus on that and protecting my family. I said all that to tell you that I know your struggle. Things happen to us when it's time for the next phase of life.

Been dealing with imbalances from glute weakness for a year now and didnt even know what the problem was until about a month ago. I couldn't run more than a few miles a day without my IT band flaring up and putting me out of commission for weeks at a time. The mental struggle with having all of the motivation in the world but not being able to physically do anything has been a real challenge. Watching you struggle mentally and you saying how it is a privilege to be able to be so low and we get the opportunity to grow from it brought a tear to my eye. Thank you

Man! What an inspiration! I went from an active person in society help sick kids to now need a heart transplant myself. Its been 3 yrs with another 1-2 yrs to go with hopes of a transplant. Seeing ehat you did for this country and seeing send it on this race is truly amazing!!! I live in Co but will be heading down to La for my transplant if god sees it that away! Never stop sending it!!!! Theres an old saying. One day there stood an old bull and a young bull. Both bulls where sitting high up on the mountain side looking down at all the cows. The young bull said to the eldest " lets run down there and get one??!!!". The elder bull said " how about we walk down and get them all!!!???".......

I watched the shooting competition video first. When your brother said you were a crappy runner. I then watched this video expecting 100miler and for you to be a crappy runner. Wow I'm blown away at your mental fortitude and physical strength. You have exactly what I have strived to have. Only you're 20 times stronger. You talk as if it's just another day. No change in mentality that I can detect whatsoever. You're a effing unit man.
