For those who were distracted or not paying attention, he was only on half throttle. And to the newcomers of this channel, Jay doesn't bash or destroy his RC's to prove performance or a point.
I really dislike when other Tubers bash/crash their road RCs, makes me cringe. I've been toying around my TT-01 since 2013 and I don't even like when the alignment is off let alone crashing. She's fully carboned out, castle creations 7700kv motor blah blah the works 😂 But shout out to Jaytee for the great RC content.
I used to drive my 16s dual motor limitless on 8s more than I did 16s lol its sometimes nice just to push it on lower rates

Not only is it super impressive performance wise but that is a beautiful looking RC as well. Hope the damages to that rear servo ain't to bad. And I thought that area looked massive a few stones here and there but not to bad bro.. I'm glad you stopped when you did don't like to see a bad crash. The ground was so uneven it doesn't show too much cuz the car actually handled it pretty good
My nerves bother me when I run my TT-01 on 2s so I could just imagine what it's like at twin 4s (8s)

8s just seems way to much unless it really was that dusty..what a great video thanks been waiting for this already ordered the duel motor. Got both the AK 917s metal and carbon bit crazy to tell you the truth but the 787 seems planted and you had wing flat amazing, can't wait for mine 😊

Very impressive! Im guessing that being an accurate scale version of a group-c car gives it real aerodynamic stability. You might need to fabricate a front lip splitter like a time attack car.
it would have been really neat to see how the rear wing hurt speed and helped handling depending on what position it was in. But this car is so neat. I just got one myself thanks to this video.
Nice! A decent surface to run on is definitely a bigger challenge than the actual speed. Be lucky to survive 60 where I live, 1/10 is just too small for speed runs without perfect blacktop

I found a better use for the channel 5 dial, instead of using it for the rear wing which works better when connected to the throttle anyway! Buy yourself a Dumborc X6FG receiver with gyro!!!! now that dial is useful!!!! not sure why Rlaarlo didn't think of this but I know the Rlaarlo gyros aren't the best & they cost alot more than a Dumborc G6FG! p.s it binds up super easy to the Rlaarlo transmitter too😉
I have been thinking about this car for a while...i just want metal brushless version..i wonder if i could fit my 6000 mah 90c 2s packs in it? Maybe change to the pinion and get 40 mph on 2s..perfect for running around a road course to improve driving skills...thanks for sharing

You need a suspension adjustment for the extra weight of the batteries
Yeah I need several adjustments I'll get it back out and run it with the bigger batteries in it pin the next week or so period I at least wanted to show this to you guys so that you can see what you're dealing with and adjustment you'll have to make period stay tuned for more!

Yeah this is not 8s, 2 4s on 2 esc/motor, But is definitely not 8s.
Dual motor does look quicker and faster. But definitely if you had a longer road and able to hold it longer., you’ll see way better numbers 👍

how are you fitting the batteries in there for 8s with 2 motors and 2 escs>?? do you mean both motors are running 4s each and your calling that 8s?
That car is amazing. The stability is seemingly great until you start getting into wheel spin.
Do you plan to put in stronger motors or gear that thing up? It doesn’t seem faster than a single motor…

I'm trying to find the best tires for my Vendetta. I run hoons silver but tires are not handling 110mph very well. Any suggestions on best speed tire?
@@shannonlaird6152 For the Vendetta either grp 1/8 tires or foams are going to be better than the hoons but you'll have to change the wheel hexes to fit them and trim some of the fender wells to fit. I've had my vendetta up to 107mph on the grp 1/8 tires without issue and the grp last longer than the hoons.

Your pulsing the throttle which is breaking traction. With speed running you need to get into the mind set of one and done.

Yeah JayTee, Rlaarlo two ESC, Dual Motor 1/10th will crush 100 but you gotta have more room. I'd be standing on that tailgate. Trust me. I'm one of the fools that wrecked the 917 because of space. Bought another and never took it outta the box. Funny, after that they didn't send me the AK-787 😅

Yeah the area I was going to go to was closed down so I had to find this one. If I had went to the other area I would have plenty of room to open them up. I'll try it this weekend if I can get out and get up that way. Thanks for watching and commenting!

@@JayTeeRC yes RTR the one for $650. The specs say the continuous current is only 80a and the wattage is 1350 but the 3900kv motor has 100a current I’m not sure if that will help with top speed. I assume not since I would assume all the top speed comes from the higher KV

Car looks good,but a few years back i watched a lot of wltoys cheap cars with simple mods doing 80 plus...but yes if you can get this little car into 100s thats cool..just spending over 500 bucks seems unnecessary...but its all about fun i guess..

@bryanhill1419 2 4s systems does not make 8s. 33.6 volts to a motor makes 8s.

Nice runs but that was not 8s it was only 4s . To get 8s you have to wire 2 4s together . With the twin motor you have 2 ESCs 4s to each. 8s would melt a 120 amp esc .

on 8s looks like you need a gyro.
It's one in there I needed to make some adjustments period I was actually on a rush towards the end but I'll get this bad way back out and run it
My vendetta hittin 95 on 4s and im still tuning.. ill pass on this car
I believe I have the green Vendetta coming for Christmas. I ordered the Rlaarlo then cancelled as I believe you can get more out of the Vendetta for the $..?
How you get it to 95 on 4s I only got to 83 on 4s with 50/26 gearing
