  • The plaintiff knows the defendant because she had a child with the defendant’s brother. She claims the defendant and the defendant’s fiancé assaulted her, so she’s suing for pain and suffering and emotional distress. The defendants argue the plaintiff instigated the fight. They’re countersuing for slander.

    Not to excuse the actions of the incident but when the judge started to read off the plaintiffs past, I felt that was irrelevant due to debt already being paid to society for those charges. This is why you have repeated offenders, noone can look beyond the past to focus on productive decision making for someone's future.

Plus claiming she had pictures and all that but when she got there it’s oh, I deleted them. And I think that she is a very manipulative person. And she knew that man was not going to leave that alone. He really fell into the trap She set for him. Unfortunately, they have a ongoing feud. So I think he went there, possibly to see if she had those photos that she was talking about and she acted like he didn’t have any business showing up at her house. I believe she set him up to cause an altercation so that she could get him in some type of trouble. It worked. They need to stay far away from her.

    So my issue with this is, a person can do umpteen years in prison, they could get in all types of altercations or whatever. But the judge will scream “I believe in second chances” But since she has a background she’s already lost right and they can come to her home looking for trouble. Because she’s always going to be a trouble maker??!! Not right and highly contradictive.

      @amayzing28 ปีที่แล้ว +13

      Right, but does that mean she will never change . Sounds like some stuff was very old. And how about the person who did all those years in prison, they could have caused mischief and all type of behavior issues while incarcerated. But that doesn’t automatically make them unreliable. Same for her. She shouldn’t be constantly reminded of her past and not given a fair opportunity.

    • @MonguRice
      @MonguRice ปีที่แล้ว +11

      When u have a consistent background that means it's now a habbit, it means u used up all your 2nd chances. People do change but if u go to court for something u already have a consistent background for then u haven't yet changed.

    • @maxxpopp2373
      @maxxpopp2373 ปีที่แล้ว +10

      you have to look at peoples behavior. Their current behavior. If you cannot see that this plaintive is consistently causing trouble. She went to their house first. And they let her in. He didn’t pick up a bat when she went to their house. So why is she picking up a bat when he came to her house? Second chances is a case-by-case basis. You earn second chances you don’t get them just because you went to prison and get out. You have to earn them from the public after you get out and if somebody wants to give you that second chance with them, they can. everybody does not have to give you a second chance.

    That plaintiff..... she drinks Kool-aid with no sugar. Raising all that hell now here she go. She assaulted 2 police officers I am surprised she's still here to tell that story. That what bullies do. They f--- with everybody then when someone hands them their ass they run and cry. Btw, I have alot of Facebook , IG friends and I like many of their photos, doesn't mean I want them or vice versa. Unless proven otherwise, liking a photo/post is just that and nothing else.

    • @emancipatedtalent

      What’s illegal? Showing her past proves their case. The Judge allowed it because it shows her propensity for violence. That’s why he’s the judge and we’re merely commenting. I think he knows what’s legal or not

  • @gongzilla527

    OMFG! Can't believe the defendant fell for the old "I'm going to be with my mom" cheating line from his fiancé!! That's the oldest trick in the cheating book.
    He's so gullible that he proudly shouted it out as a defense to the Plaintiff's claim of her cheating on him. He has no idea what she has in store for him!! I guarantee you they are no longer together in 2023.
    Anyone on here wanna bet?!!🤷🏿‍♂️😁

      he could already know and they just gave that defense together. Because if he believed she was really with her mother all day, he wouldn’t have drug her over to that dummy’s house. so yea, i believe they just put on a unified front to not plaintiff get between them. I don’t know if that gonna help his woman stop cheating tho!
