    Once again JM got this wrong. She can’t register the kid without the proof of address which was needed from the defendant!!! Come on JM are you so high on your throne that you forget that you have to show proof!!! The defendant refused to allow someone else bring her to move in, defendant said no! • @Fribee83
      @Fribee83 2 หลายเดือนก่อน +4

      To provide proof of address, all you need to do is provide a lease, that's it. The thing the defendant signed was literally all the proof she needed to enroll her kid. Plus if you have a relative stranger saying "Hey, pick up my kid after school" after they've already started a bunch of drama, why would you respond to them, especially if they're texting while you're at work driving? She ignored a single text before the plaintiff said she wasn't gonna move on and started to demand her money back. Some of ya'll are proving why you should never be in charge of any legal matters if you ignore all the evidence because it upsets you.

    • @bobberry1463
      @bobberry1463 2 หลายเดือนก่อน +2

      Her ruling is base on the law. She can't just do whatever she want she follows the law. It not the landlord job to register your kid for the school if you move thst on you. She didn't deny her from moving in just to picking her up which is also fair.
      The problem is the plaintiff gave up all her rights that why your wording is very important she could had won if she didn't agree to everything. When asking for her dad to bring the stuff if she said no I need help and I need the key, than she would had won but since she agree to it at the time than it consider fair.

    • @Fribee83
      @Fribee83 2 หลายเดือนก่อน +11

      That wasn't something they agreed on, it was something they discussed. The plantiff had wanted the defendant to pick up her kid "any day I was at work" which the defendant said she wouldn't be able to and to fix her schedule. The plantiff already knew about not bringing people to the house before she signed the agreement. Literally none of these things were the defendant stopping her from moving in, they were things that was known before signing the contract and putting the deposit down. The plaintiff just wanted free childcare and when she couldn't, she backed out. There's a reason even her own family didn't want her around.

      @@Fribee83they discussed how the move-in would go. She was going to pick her and her things up. She didn't want anyone else moving her in. First red flag on the defendant's part. The plaintiff then wanted her to do extra on a drop-off/pickup for her Child's school. Red flag on the plaintiff's side. If the plaintiff never asked her to do the pickup/drop-off for the child I think we would be hearing JM ask her why she wouldn't return get money and calling her a scammer. With that being said. I think she was her Uber driver once and the defendant would probably help the plantiff out by giving her discounted rides. That way it was cheaper and the defendant got to keep the majority of her money. She planned on scamming the lady the whole time.

    Its always difficult when ur renting a room or having flatmates that are practically strangers. I mean even when you live with fanily its difficult . I use to rent a room from a guy that was from Brazil. It was horrible he would have loud big huge parties and I'd start work at 7am and had to get up at 5:30 am . And sometimes he would put up to 5 people in one bedroom that had bunks in it. I could be sleeping in my room and in the middle of the night and he would knock on the door and there would be some girl or couple from south America needing a place to stay. It was horrible. Then no one would clean the shower it would get all slimy and yuck i use to clean it on my days off. I was so happy when i moved out .
