    I really appreciate this series with the bar. I have one but have had trouble making it effective. The series really helps!! 👍😊👏

    I have two days left to complete the challenge - I did this one yesterday and I think it was my favorite of all 26 days i have done so far! Really enjoying this so much! Thank you!

    Day 25 done.💪🏾 To be honest this one was my favourite so far😊 I really enjoyed working out my balance and challenging myself to keep still 🫣😁 Thank you very much, Donna 💚

      I know exactly what you mean… I so enjoyed preparing and filming the workouts and I’ve loved hearing everyone’s feedback. You can always repeat it again … I think you’d be so surprised and delighted by the progress you have made xx
