Tuna Bresaola 2 Ways - Bresaola di Tonno in due modi

Today Olivo Restaurants & shops owner Mauro shows you how we use our super tasty cured Tuna 'Bresaola' to make two types of salads (both of which we serve in our restaurants), one with celeriac & sun dried tomatoes and one with green beans & sun dried tomatoes.
