Канечно не плохо, но вопросов много. Собирая все на сварку, замеряя это строительным угольником, делая вид что, что то точно, жёсткости не будет, если бы смотрел лет 5 назад, то тоже написал, как классно, но сейчас по работая и востанавливая свои станки, понимаю, что вот так делая станок из под него будет выходить точно такое же. Что такое шлифовка или шабрение видимо не знают многие. Короче удачи в этих делай. И берегите руки, а то так на вашем универсале, как нить и потеряете один или несколько.

Догадаетесь какой люфт в каретке остался ? Думаете почему в мире ничего лучшего чем ласточкин хвост не придумали?, потому что при поджиме планка идёт в клин со всех сторон, а у Вас ток по бокам , в стали износ быстро наступает в отличии от чугуна и латунных пластин .. Я видел подобное , но автор делал ещё дополнительные прижимные пластины от задней части колонны , ну и про шабрение Вам уже писали

Nice! One suggestion, you can use just one of the top bars as the narrow guide. This eliminates the need for the two top bars to be perfectly parallel.

If you can build a fire and place all the welded frame parts in it to stress relieve them that would be good! Temperature variation, vibration and time will cause the welded frame parts to shift by up to a couple mm for this scale of machine. Industry does use welded members for CNC machines but they are stress relieved to get that residual stress out of the system welds then everything is trued.

Quería agradecerte por compartir este video con nosotros. si lo permite, tengo algunas preguntas sobre la guía que utilizó: aquí en Brasil este tipo de guía no es muy común, usamos el dovetail sería una estupidez de mi parte preguntarle a usted que no vive aquí, por qué. la pregunta es, ya que es una guia mas facil de hacer que el dovetail porque crees que pasa esto? ¿Sería esta guía tan buena como la dovetail?
Gracias por preguntar, Este tipo de guia es tambien usada en maquinas herramientas, claro que a mi me gustaria mas usar la guia dovetail ya que proporciona mejor rigidez y precision sin embargo yo use la guia lineal recta ya que es mas facil de construir para tramos largos y es menos costosa, hay que hacerlo con mucha precision y usando buenos materiales da buenos resultados.

Thanks friend for commenting, the motor is installed on the left side of the column and supported on the milling machine head, the distance from the spindle to the column is 240 mm. and from the table to the spindle it has a travel of 450 mm. Any question may well. Thanks

Hola amigo Gracias por comentar, si, efectivamente en este proyecto lleva partes soldadas ya que el diseño de la maquina lo requeria, esta es mi primera fresadora que diseño y a pesar que la fabrique con materiales de gran espesor y buena soldadura jamas llegare a la rigidez de una pieza en fundicion, lo entiendo y son datos atener en cuenta para otros proyectos. Mil gracias por su opinion que son generadas por personas como Ud. que conocen muy bien del tema. F. M.
Hola por ser la primera quédate tranquilo va a salir todo bien con algún problemita pero tranqui lo vas a solucionar . Yo tenía ganas de agarrar un torno paralelo de 1.500 desarmarlo usar la bancada vertical en lugar del cabezal poner una escuadra grande de 1000 x 1000 y arriba poner tipo mesa de fresa o mesa en Cruz grande y el cabezal reformar un poco y ponerlo arriba de la bancada y tenés fresadora y agujereadora muy grande pero no sé puedo siempre pasá algo y plata jajajaja un abrazo grande.
Hola estube mirando bien y no pongas hierro con hierro la bancada tiene que ser una parte de fundición por los deslisamientos y los engranes y trata de mecanizar todo lo que vá abulonado tiene que apollar bien suerte.
La idea de adaptar el torno es buena pero se toma dinero, el hierro ha subido mucho y esa es una limitante, per con creatividad se puede saludos

It is a very crude machine. I saw recently small B-port sized machine made in Canada few decades ago - it only used fasteners. Was quite accurate & sold for good money. Way more than I expected. It was significantly better then this - far more machining was involved, scraping etc.
This is just a precision of a cheap drill press.
Thanks, possibly, if you used it machining metals, you would probably change your mind.
@@franciscomurciaprojects2327 Why don't you do a video where you machine metal with this "thing" and show the part & measure it? Make sure this is across most of the range in all 3 axis. Something like say fly cutting and milling. Use say 75% of expected max load.

Hola , puedo decirte una cosa que no me gusta en la fabricación? Los agujeros donde van los tornillos de Allen , tienen que estar repasados con una broca , fresa plana… Si no cuando quites algo y lo vuelvas a poner y cambies los tornillos de sitio , nunca te va a quedar como antes..
Hola amigo, gracias por comentar no se si se refiere a repasar los huecos con una rima despues de pasar la broca o donde entra la cabeza del tornillo Allen lo cual lo hago con una fresa de avellanado (Counterbore End Mill), De todos modos al Hacer las perforaciones tengo en cuenta que los elementos a perforar esten solidario uno con otro para no tener problemas al desarmar. le agradezco la observacion la cual me ayuda mucho a mejorar los procesos. Cualquier inquietud o sugerencia sera bienvenida. Gracias F.M.
Hola, me refería a repasar los agujeros de los tornillos con una “counter bore” , no lo había visto que lo hicieras y creía que los agujeros iban terminados sin aplanar ..

De que sirve ponerlo en video al público si no ponen medidas cuando lo pones en el torno la pieza se ve enorme y la pones en la mano es pequeña la pieza ojo con eso
Gracias por comentar, no se si se ha dado cuenta que el torno que manejo es pequeño (Mini torno) Si maneja el sentido de la proporcionalidad por supuesto que la pieza colocada en el torno se ve grande y al colocarla en la mano se ve al tamaño real. Saludos

не обязательно, только для эстетики это требуется, если вы хотите большего сопротивления, не нужно фрезеровать
Память есть поэтому скажу что нужн фрезеровать. Плоскость после сварки проф. трубы, она вогнута во внутрь с четырех сторон.
Я думаю и так понятно. Иногда мы ложим хрен, а это все лень.
Да я думаю что о прецизионной точности речь не идет, сталь 3, я полагаю, так что фрезеруй не фрезеруй, всё равно получишь + - трамвайную остановку

Very interesting build. I did not see a drawing, then I see you match drilling parts, notice how you back out the tap to clear th chips, and form the C shape when you weld. I see all the tricks of a good machine builder. As i was once working in Medical Imaging machines R&D, we build the prototypes for testing. Very interesting, you are making some big ass gear, fun to watch. You take care and thank you. I am now building a hobby CNC Mini Mill for my model trains. I use 3D Printing for the large parts it is just for my little toys, But still fun to assemble and handle machine parts again, Regards, Dennis in Virginia

I'll never understand why anyone welds thin steel plates like that for homemade mills. Epoxy granite castings are superior, easier and less problematic.
Thank you for your comment, of course epoxy granite is also a good option, but this way of welding helps to make pieces for those who do not want to use epoxy.

You do realize that an epoxy granite mill requires a framework that needs to be welded prior to pouring right. This frame cannot be screwed or bolted together thus welding is the only solution. You can't make dovetails and lead screws run in epoxy granite. The only real purpose of the epoxy is to provide vibration damping. So that statement was made with no knowledge of the machines function or porpose.
