Yea they cant choke at worlds or olympics like they have been doing they are nowhere as good as the women

Why are the American male gymnasts so much worse than the women? I’m really rather astounded by the difference in talent and performance.

The other countries are way better than the us men cuz men’s gymnastics in the states isn’t tht popular, as opposed to the women

it doesn't seem like US mens gymnastics has had stars for a number of years as apposed to UK gymnastics which is way smaller and less funded but where mainly Max Whitlock paved the way for the british men to now do really well internationally

I'm not sure what you mean by "worse". I would not say there is less talent. Young boys are normally put into other sports rather than gymnastics so there are fewer athletes and less support and publicity for the sport. Also, they are competing college at the same time as elite. Yes, women have started coming back after starting college, but these guys do both simultaneously. Balancing the college meet season with elite training is tough.
