This man has sasquach strength flinging around 50 lb parts like a pair of folded socks. Dude is really funny to me though. I watch every video all the way through; rare for me.
I agree....would like him on my side in a fight. On the other hand he is as gentle as can be. I get the idea he loves all creatures both great band small. Except wasps and hornets. We love his demeanor and look forward to his vids.
Hey Chad. I’m an old tree guy and all I have to say is, those trees are on the ground and you still have your legs. So, no problem. I reckon that hubcap is from an old Plymouth. The boat logo is the Mayflower 😊
I can not wait for you to do your back yard butchery magic on that car . Thank you for sharing and caring about good old cars in general . I could see you making that into a super sleeper . Thank you for saving another old one from the scrap heap. I am not upset about the ford truck as there are still thousands of them around . But the old cars made with real steal are getting harder and harder to find . Anything from like 1977 and newer are not the same build or material as the ones from 76 and older although they may have the same body style. Thank you sir for the sharing, I for one will definitely be following that one
Love it. The first car I bought when I was 15 was a '52 Chevy Deluxe. Fill up the oil and check the gas and make sure the baling wire that held the front door on was still tight! And the trailer looks fantastic. Loved watching you build it.
Hello Sir, I give you a lot of credit for for grabbing the Bull by the horn and getting right with it. Yes Sir. I don’t know what your plans are for this 52 Chevy. But I can use some parts off the car. I’ll try getting in touch.
Sometimes MLS just shows up and sometimes you have to go out in the woods, dig it up and drag it home! Look forward to seeing the '52 Turdle roasting rubber after several hundred episodes of tender loving backyard surgery! Keep em coming Chad, I love watching you do it so I don't have to!
I have replaced thousands of bearing & races. One of my most liked things to work on cars. Thanks for what you do on these old cars. I also love to teach the younger generation the old tricks of working on cars. Blessings young man!
Your videos are an excellent lesson in resilience, overcoming problems by finding another way around. Maybe you could do with modifying a set of cheap steel wheels to have slots for multiple fitment with 6 stud and slotted 5 lug holes?
I think the truck rally wheels are bigger in the center in order to clear disc brakes. Sometimes if you turn the wheel up side down, they mount/dismount better.
Wow she definitely made you work for her! Even if she sits at the house for a bit at least she's out of the woods and up off the ground. I love her curves. Your no quit attitude is commendable sir!!!👍👍😁
That's one sweet chevy and a clearcoat is all it needs for looks, you know, after you put something new under it,, love it and can't wait to see progress on it
Absolutely recommend watching this channel. This feller needs him a skid steer now to move cars around. Time to watch this backyard butchery appreciate ya Chad
Mr Chad you are one of the hardest working man in Tennessee yes sir I had to stop the video to take a rest 😅 love all the videos, O hey to mama and Ms Daisy Gods continued blessings to you and the family 🙏🏾🇺🇸🇹🇹
First video I've seen of yours and you've already got my subscription! It's nice seeing someone else that likes to save old junk even when it's not worth it to almost anyone else. It's a lot of fun digging through the history with this old stuff!
Hey hey y'all! Per usual I hope everyone is doing well and having a wonderful week. Kinda having a tough time right now myself. Some know that I've been on dialysis for over 20 years now and it's done a number on my bones and because of that I've lost majority of the use of both hands and a few digits & I'm afraid that I may lose yet another one or at the least a part of it anyways. But please remember to like this video and share it to your own social media pages to help Mr Chad keep bringing us this great content we enjoy week after week. Til next week...God bless! ~ Scott 💙🙏🏼 On a side note.... you get to keeping on robbing parts off old poles & we gon' have to see about getting you a bell wrench! 😂
I love your chanel i enjoy watching you working on what you call junk its fun 😂 and all those negativity people can just buzz off i like your senses of humour im john Brooking in Christchurch new Zealand i restore old cars and trucks so i think you working on old vehicles is right up my alley i looking forward to more junk adventure wth the chanel
You are so blessed in America that you have the freedom to put junk back on the road in new Zealand were im from there are too meny regulations red tape safety regulations even before i cud ever put junk back on the road here you are so lucky im so jealous of what your blessed to do in America we cnt just get a vehicle running again and put it on the road here it has to go thew rigorous safety checks i love how you make it fun and i am learning abt mechanics too how to fix it on a budget and i dnt think you are stupid keep up the positive enthusiasm I look forward to the next video signd john Brooking in Christchurch new Zealand
@@ThisNThatGarage chad.. that jack. im in aus. i got the same, same trouble. i used a screwdriver to wedge the spring, piston up. kept failing. so i drowned it in good rp7 , wd40, momar oils.. works now.. damn pain. must be a fault with all of them.. i wanted an alloy jack for 4x4ing, so its light..er..
@@ThisNThatGarage i wus goin ta say, put the timber in the ditch.. might be idea buy a 1,200 lb winch, for $400.. fit hitch to front as well as rear, winch in a cradle to take it off store it. not needed..
Awesome video! I absolutely love this channel. You do things your way! Continue being you. Just got back from a 2 week vacation in Texas. Thank you for sharing!😊
You could have a lot of fun with that Fairmont wagon. Same platform as the Mustang of the same year. All the go fast goodies you could possibly find for a Fox Body Mustang would bolt right into that wagon liked they belonged there.
Seems like I guy could make some sort of multipurpose/multi-adjustable jig with skids on it that would bolt onto the hub of any vehicle so it could be slid out of the trees and onto a trailer. I’m on it!
Hey Mr Chad. That was a lot of work getting that old car out of those woods. That made me tired just watching you do that. Wow! Im glad you finely got it. Look forward to your channel every week!!
The way i see it,,, IF ANYONE COULD EVER GET IT RUNNING AND POSSIBLY BACK ON THE ROAD AGAIN,,, YOUR THAT ANYONE!! I HAVE NO DOUBT YOU WILL DEFINITELY TRY YOUR BEST TO GETTER DONE!! HOPEFULLY THE EXTREME HOT WEATHER IS PAST! AND IT LOOKS LIKE WE MIGHT FINALLY GET SOME RAIN! TAKE CARE CHAD, LOOKING FORWARD TO THE NEXT INSTALLMENT! ❤
I have the same jack, it did the same thing to me a couple weeks ago, i popped the piston up with my pocket knife and it worked good enough to say it worked good enough, but definitely time for a new jack 😂
I believe you will get it back on the road. You have rebuilt the pick-up that had no axles and managed it, Looking forward to seeing it come alive and mobile.

@gispel7058 oh dont let his attitude fool you. Peaceful is not harmless. I bet he can scrap when he needs to.
As a fellow Tennesseen It's just how us tennessee men are built
I'm from Tennessee and I am not built that way. I weigh 162 lbs. Folks that live in TN are mostly good people. I guarantee you are a good guy too.
He is deffo great entertainment

You beat me to the hubcap. It’s definitely the Plymouth logo.
Sleeperdude gonna want that fairmont wagon! Great work and content as always.
Yeah.... Josh is all about them ol' Fairmonts! 😂
I was thinkin the same thing 😂

there's no doubt, Chad is the most talented on TH-cam when it comes to mechanical ability and ingenuity.

Yesss, Thanks Chad i wasn't looking for some great content and this just popped up, perfect timing my Friend!!!!
Was just looking lol 🤣
Have to say, that truck rally kinda gives it that 50's nascar look.
"Do you see the floorboard?" No, sir, no. I do not see the floorboard. Perfect project! : )
I have replaced thousands of bearing & races. One of my most liked things to work on cars. Thanks for what you do on these old cars. I also love to teach the younger generation the old tricks of working on cars. Blessings young man!
I have 2 things to say. 1 I’m glad you like a challenge and 2 I’m glad the steering worked.😅
The car looks so much better since you got it to the shop. Don’t you dare call it a turd!😮
Your videos are an excellent lesson in resilience, overcoming problems by finding another way around. Maybe you could do with modifying a set of cheap steel wheels to have slots for multiple fitment with 6 stud and slotted 5 lug holes?
I never expected to see that taking tires are sometimes very taxing! You learn something every day
all I can say is YYYUUPPPP! This will be another good series to watch.
I would like to see more videos on this car. Getting it back on the road. At least you got it out of its grave
Man that looked like alot of work to get it out of the woods but you did it! Great job!
This gets better and better each week
That trailer is awesome but that winch is a beast!!
Go ahead crazy man ... Get her back on the road ! I would love to watch it happen !
Another triumph Chad we really enjoyed it, can't wait till next week.Larry and Sandy!!!
Man im old enough to remember when people had junk cars laying around in the woods like that.
I love them old 1920’s thru 1960’s era cars! That old 42 Chevy sedan is a perfect example of how beautiful the styling was back then!
I can't wait for this series of videos! Those old 50s Chevrolet cars are probably my favorite. Even a 4 door. Love the styling of them.

Takes a man with a heart of gold to restore old iron, well . . . .at least get it out of the woods.
Looks like ol stock car racer with that blue wheel on front😅 great video
That's what I thought!
I like the “turd”. The teal colored Ralley wheel looks oddly nice on it.
