But I slowly started following your instructions and diet so finally when I checked my weight yesterday I am shocked that I have dropped to 80 kgs by god's complete grace . Thank God and you for your motivational talks and ideas.
Trust me guys.. Replace normal rice with millet rice (barnyard rice). You will start to see so much of positive results.. Keep calm and keep on trying..
