    You did not have to go through all the trouble with that wire lol. Just u screw the 2 screws at the back of the camera and that’s it

      I think I only did cause I still drove the truck around and didn’t want the camera to flop but I’ll probably do that next time cause that wire was a pain

    how close is your paint match to the white frost tricoat?

      Is it decently close, I have been experimenting with the paints used in the video, but this turned out very close. A little more on the cream side, but nothing too noticeable. Next time I will need to lay off the thick coats of the "Artic White," and make sure the "Olympic White" is the dominant color before the "Pearl Mist." This way it will come as possible to the "White Diamond" tri-coat color of the truck.

      @@hunterrwiilson I’m gonna try that on my chrome bumpers , gonna experiment on a scrap price of metal before I get to as close as possible , Paint can is definitely easy and most cost effective way

      @@finestwoodcraftcustoms7458 That's exactly what I did for my bumpers and grille. It didn't turn out exactly how I wanted but I will repaint them soon to match, and yes, doing it as cheap as possible.

      @@hunterrwiilson did you use any primer for bumpers ? Or just sand down and paint ?

    • @hunterrwiilson
      @hunterrwiilson  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@finestwoodcraftcustoms7458 I sanded them down and used a grayish primer. I wanted a flat paint to try and get a solid white diamond color.
