    Next time, try something likes VESC, bought myself flipsky 75100 for a ninebot max and installed it with a 20s battery, right now a limitations is only in my gear(aka how fast i can fly from it if i fall). Motor sounds so much better with true sine wave as well.

    • @VRMinde
      @VRMinde  2 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      it sounds like I will need to make a little tutorial on the cables as well :D
      What controller you are going to use will depend on the type/voltage of the battery that you choose and how much power you want to get.
      If you buy exactly the same controller amzn.eu/d/civ5wvU then phase wires are the same color, for hollo wires you will *almost use the same colors - switch blue and green on the controller side. It goes Red, yellow, blue, green, black.
      The brake handle signals will be doubled both on the bike and the controller so it is easy to find and they even match the connections.
      Finally, you will need to connect the throttle, that's three wires out of the 6wire cable on the bike side. Black/green/red is for throttle.
      P.S. Two wire cable that is green/yellow is for the on/off switch on the handlebars. Well.. hope that helps :D

      If you plan to buy a 12s3p battery, like the one that it’s used in this tutorial, would you tell us wich one are you going to use? I think that my first mod is taking the Internal battery out for external / house charging. But would be nice making this whole mod increasing the volts so it’s a completely different thing 😊

    Hey I've watched almost all your videos (about the models bellow) and got completely lost... What is the best scooter under $400(im not planning to do any modifications) kugoo, eleglide or xiaomi and what are your favourite models of these brands? Im looking for REAL speed above 25km/h, comfort riding(tires), not bad brakes, hill climb, app is not needed. Its hard to choose untill you test them yourself. Thats why im asking you. Btw love your content, will not stop watching you. Greetings!

    • @VRMinde
      @VRMinde  2 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Hi mate, thanks. If you can find a Xiaomi m365 for that price - go for it. After all these years it is still at a very good price/quality level. Air tires, disc brake. You will also be able to find ready-made upgrades, spare parts, etc.
      Kugoo scooters are normally a bit cheaper and the quality of build/materials lower. You can still find spares though and they last for a long time as well.
      From the other brands: I really liked the bogist c1 pro (but it is more expensive), himo l2 max (also more expensive).
      Consider this windgoo b20, it folds smaller than a scooter, has bigger wheels, and pedals, and is a fun thing to ride.

    • @VRMinde
      @VRMinde  11 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Because of 2 reasons: 1: the original is has the speed limited and there is nothing I could do to remove that limit. 2: the original works on 36V and the replacement one on 48V. As I have installed the higher voltage battery I needed the higher voltage controller.

    Question, why is the bike fatser? Is it beacuse of the new speed controller? I dont understand that could u explain?

    • @VRMinde
      @VRMinde  ปีที่แล้ว

      It has a higher voltage battery. The stock one is 10s that has voltage 31-42V.
      The replaced one is 12s and the voltage range is 37.2-50.4V.
      The new controller was needed as the original one would not accept the higher voltage and cause an error.
      Now why is it faster: overall formula for power is P=UxI where P - power, U - voltage, I - current.
      Let’s say both controllers run at max 20A current, but at different voltage; for a fully charged battery pack then it is P=42*20=840W vs P=50.4*20=1008W. More power lets you reach more speed
