Hiragi is voiced by Ryouta Suzuki aka Kurosaki, and Sako is voiced by Chiaki Kobayashi aka Adachi. It's totally done on purpose because Hiragi and Sako are childhood best friends turned rivals.

I don't think Umemiya VA change he voice... I don't know japanesse accent (or japanesse at all lol) but Umemiya and Gojo talk with the same voice, to me anyway.
He adds more of a slight accent in Umemiya than he does with Gojo (like she said too - 1:48). It's not a big change though as pretty much a similar vocal range for both characters, but I can notice it too.
I guess girls only see Gojo for his beauty. Talking to Gojo is a pain since he keeps talking about how ridiculously strong he is, how others shouldn't even try, or like he's the only hero in the show. That's the reason all students and teachers are annoyed at him 99% of the time, even more so because its true. They hate how he doesn't need to follow any rules, or respect anyone at all. Also he does do it on purpose to annoy others. Umemiya is actually very sweet, respectful and a nice person to talk to. Yes both have a sense of duty and are protective, confident leaders. Yuuichi Nakamura pulls off both characters amazingly well.
This anime is a copy of a copy haha, whether it's straight from another anime like TR, or from characters with light hair (the famous cliché of a strong and likeable character)... it's difficult to come up with something new that's minimally original.
White hair, blue eyes, same voice, the strongest in their respective ways, both usually goofy and smiley but if they get serious you better run and FAST, they want young people to enjoy their youth and be happy. They aren't the same person, obviously, but you'd have to be working overtime to not notice that they are similar in a lot of ways.
