I "think" the weather thing is that Sakura has no idea how to use his phone so he wanted to look up the weather but instead added it as a contact cause he's that inept lmao. Also if you noticed sakura already has his own little following up people, even Muscle Guy and Pink Cat were already interested in following him so it kinda makes sense they would suggest him
Well Tsuge is huge, and he did smack the table as well. It is intimidating, even I would actually be like "You good bro? Do you have a problem?" if I didn't know him before. You know those people who act all happy but are actually threatening.. if you don't know someone and that person behaves like this, it is provocative for other guys, and scary enough for girls. Luckily he's pretty chill with just high energy. Genuine dude.

Naaahhh brah i can’t. The way this five fought those tugs was really awesome . Even the part where Kiryu and our boy Suo trash trash the eponents was really cool, i even scream my head off seeing them fight ❤❤❤
it was great meeting Kiryu and Tsuge-chan! Furin students are all very wholesome in their heart even though some act intimidating lol
Kiryu is definitely cat-like with his :3 face. if Sakura is a stray cat, Kiryu is like a rich chill cat LMFAO
grade captain... yeah it would be interesting to see how Sakura grows into that role. I agree that he's not ready yet but also at the same time, i can't think of anyone else from class 1-1 be grade captain.

Suo chose Sakura because he knows Sakura is a good person and strongest in the class and he can become a great leader
I think it's more than that because pretty much almost everyone in Furin are good and strong. What separates Sakura from the rest is how he has the charisma to inspire others. That's a special quality that a leader must have.

1. It's only been four days since Sakura moved in. This entire episode with Kiryu and Tsugeura was the fourth day. The ending segment in the classroom makes it day 5.
2. Tsugeura (orange hair guy) has the same voice as Muichiro from Demon Slayer.
3. Kiryu (pink hair guy) has the same voice actor as Kazuki from Buddy Daddies and Yuuri Katsuki from Yuri on Ice.
I'm so obsessed with Kiryu's design and overall vibe. Bro is a cutie pie
His voice is so cute too, it's soft but casual

@@hopeworldian1899 his voice is soft but not the shy type. He was described as a casual flirt and he's nice and chill + the meow meow :3 face, it's not the usual voice you'd hear from a male character so some people might take awhile to get used to it, but i think his voice suits him perfectly

Its just sad looking at Sakura’s phone. He doesn’t have any contact, not even his guardians. I always wonder how he’s living alone without his guardians providing him (and it obviously looks like he’s not doing any part time job) But apperantly in Japan, minor without guardians are provided by the government, so.. yeah… its just sadden me how no one cares for him
that explains how he is living alone, I thought it was weird for him to not even have his parents' or at least an adults' phone number

Maybe those who haven't read the manga won't understand much about how this anime goes. But, the first arc was necessary for the construction of Sakura. It's like saying: Make a name for yourself in Furin.
If the story had started with today's episode... The others would see the main character as a psychopathic outsider, who has come to take over the school by force.
I see the first arc necessary as it established who Ume is, and what it takes to be on the top of Furin. The dichotomy between leaders of different factions, and what Sakura may have become had he chose the wrong path.
That said, I doubt without it, people would see Sakura as psychopathic outsider because he first gained his fame through saving people in the first episode. You can say he already earned the goodwill of everyone in Furin right from the get go. The first arc isn't a show case of Sakura's good nature, but more so of him learning about Furin's good nature.
@@reinartes7079 yeah I agree, the first arc is to show Sakura what exactly Kotoha meant by you can’t get to the top because you’re alone. It shows Sakura that strength isn’t everything and also shows another way of fighting - fighting as a way of communication instead of just beating down people like he did in ep1.
And it also introduces us to key Bofurin characters like Umemiya and to Shishitoren.
shishitoren arc is just a "what-if" sakura got a bad ending
