I'm in the Midwest USA, and I'm so sorry that some people have had bad ambulance service. I've taken an ambulance twice since 2020 and they were so caring. I love these videos, keep them coming!
My boyfriend also has Crohn's. It is awful. He is now a cyclist and doing that has been reaaaally good for his body. It has been significantly better and he doesn't take any meds on a regular basis anymore. His last flare up that lasted more than a few days was over ten years ago actually!
If i received that kind of care and perfect bedside manner, before the bill even arrived I know they would charge for it! I have been very very sick for the past 12 years,19 surgeries in that time and I just found out I need another. I had to do so much research and move away from my home to get help, they kept telling me I was fine “it was all in my head.” I had no insurance I need to go bankrupt but I don’t have the money to even go bankrupt. I don’t receive any pain treatment. The moment I mention that I am in pain I am screwed, pain is now a red flag. I have lost everything. I am now terrified to go see doctors. I am in so much pain everyday. My body is covered in scars. I need to try and find a ride to go to the ER if i can’t find one I don’t go. The times I have needed an ambulance here I was treated horrendously. Hit by a car going 30mph. They treated me like road kill let’s just scoop her up and put her in the ambulance so traffic can start moving again. I hate America, it is not the best country in the world! I have wanted to leave this country for years. It’s not my fault I became sick I don’t need anyone treating me badly because of it. Terrible bedside manner! “Do no harm” it’s a lie. I am so so tired of doing this alone. I am 45 but I feel 65. I don’t have friends or family. So after every surgery I am on my own. I am so lonely and scared all of the time. When the pain gets so bad I just curl up in a ball and cry. Doctors started the opioid epidemic, they should have been doing pill counts and drug tests. They didn’t do that so now we have an opioid epidemic (now the really sick live a life of just pain) they identified the problem but didn’t think at all how to fix it and not punish the really sick. Suboxone isn’t free for those that need help getting off “narcotics” the first visit is $500 insurance companies rarely cover it. The drug itself is expensive! This war on drugs started during the Reagan administration good god! Absolutely no way we will ever win the war on drugs. Just throwing billions at a serious problem but we have done nothing to offer people help because we don’t have the money to help people while the government spends billions on the way on drugs. America, what a pretentious arrogant adolescent country. We are so young we are still in diaper! We all get sick, all of us. The pain is too much I don’t know how I have been surviving…
Wow! Your Ambulance folks are so nice! Here in the US, the are extremely rude and they don't care of your leg is crushed and you are in pain and you are treated like a druggie! If you have to come to the US, don't call for an ambulance!
That's TERRIBLE!!! I've only had one ambulance ride, a little west of Ottawa, Canada 🇨🇦 & they were very similar to these medics. Half hour ride & they joked most of the way 😊❤🇨🇦
A "simple mistake "could be catastrophic for the party living beneath Gladys. Gladys needs to be more aware of her forgetful actions regardless of her age. She should be required to pay for all damages.
I can understand the English language, it's some of the expressions that crack me up, i.e. Go to hospital instead of going to the hospital or brought to the hospital or going to surgery where we say going into the operating room.
@@amberhale7310 I had nitrous oxide (laughing gas) at the dentist office back in 2000 for a root canal. I was given one puff before dentist began digging out the nerves in the tooth and with each pull I slid down farther and farther in the chair. The dentist said, "you feel that?" I said yes, "I feel that" and he said well it will cost you $75 for another puff and I told him I didn't care. Long story short, I never went back to that dentist again! Laughing gas does not take away much pain.
Canadian hospitals are having a lot of trouble, to get doctors son to work here but the reason is the government wants them to write a new exam to see how smart they are
I love this show also .I got it mixed up with the one in Scotland.I have a little trouble understanding the ppl talking Scottish. But I'm learning love that show too .
Crohn's isn't nice to have. Gluten-free, dairy free, presticide free foods , no red food dyes or red fruits way to go. My daughter staying on this way of eating kept her from having surgery ,no more flare-ups in over 5 years now.
Each case is different, I have it too but don't need to watch what I eat except for cabbage and cauliflower. No flareup for 9 years. Glad your daughter is doing well.
I’m sorry. Forgive my laughter. They we’re talking about Raspberry Magnums? Lmao. That’s a name of Condoms in the US. So they were saying they were getting smaller. 😮😅😅😊😊😊😊😂
Sad!! That old lady needs to be put in a retirement home saved my dad and his wellbeing. Always people around and stuff to do! Also one nice meal a day😊
if somebody offered me paracetomol for pain , i would have to ask for some thing stronger. I take acetaminophen for a headache .which is the same thing. I guess Brits are gutsy
IV paracetamol has a much better effect than oral. Same as IV morphine. I've had oral morphine after a surgery and it honestly didn't do that much even at a similar dose as they would give it IV.
👁️👁️. HAhahaha - some of these videos, I just hafta move on … Can’t understand a word of the UK language they are speaking. __ so called the ENGLISH LANGUAGE … ‼️❣️‼️
First kid was such a champ. He barely cried out when they popped his knee back in.
Heard it pop… I replayed it just to be sure and yes, indeed I heard it pop

I love watching this. I'm in America and I wish the ones in the ambulance was nice like they all are.

Blue light. Boy they go all out for there patients I wish they would where I'm at.
I'm so glad these two medics helped this lady
What a slice of life! What great equipment and crews!
I would come by for a chat every day if she was agreeable to that. She seems quite nice, and I’d like company too
it would be nice to have a program that could match people up that one or both need some company every day or even a few days a week.
Jeez, I wish that ambulance care was like that in the states!
Preet is gorgeous as can be! All these people are absolutely amazing.
Really missed this series. The Christmas series was outstanding. Thank you for bringing the series back.😊
Yes they always have a cup of tea and a sandwich which is so good of the service .It is so unbelievable
I cannot compliment these paramedics too much. They are always so caring to the patients.

I love when Lora!! When she sings and such ☺️ a sweet soul ❤️
that poor man obviously has some sort of PTSD from hospitals i hope he gets the help he needs :(
wife said after his bleed on brain his thinking is not always proper 😢😢😥
I love this TV show inside the ambulance
I absolutely love this show 😘😘😘

Like released from hospital instead of being discharged...
the use of a definite article (the) is unnecessary to get the point across, it’s just a different vernacular
I dislocated my knee cap and pushed it back into the socket!!! That was 40 years ago. I think the pain was worse than child birth.
5:40 OUCH I felt that
Edit: 7:03 was worse somehow
Love this show!
What kind of gas? I've never seen that before. I'm in the U.S.A. Very cool.
I think it’s Nitrous Oxide because at one point the ems said “laughing gas” and I’m pretty sure that’s what it is (but don’t quote me!)

I always heard when your ear burns done nes talking about you lol.
Med techs thought my seizure was a stroke and took a fast trip to the hospital. If wasn't. just an epileptic seizure..

Sorry doesn’t work for everyone. Glad it worked for her though. I have severe crohns and diet is not correlated to my flares.
Also she stays away from any soda due to acid .
That is not the kind of woman I would have around blaming and putting more stress on him
Love the show. I have the same last name as Laura Hickman.

Yeah..... Gladys has probably passed by now.... So, RIP.... You're in Good Hands with God now...

Can’t understand a word of the UK language they are speaking. __ so called the ENGLISH LANGUAGE …
‼️❣️‼️
As my very English Gran use to say she spoke the Queen’s English. Different dialects from all over UK.
I can't understand them either
English is not my native language, but I have no problems with the dialects as long as people don’t talk too fast.
92y? perfect cannon food.... move along
Such a hateful heart. Hope you don't have a family.
