In this video, I have broken down 4 sets of drills to improve your timing and counter attacks.
1: Basic Jab Cross to get the rhythm and mechanics down.
2: Defenses off Jab and Cross.
3: Counter drills off the Cross

I just want to say I appreciate guys like you who make these easy to follow at home drills for practicing. Until I graduate school I won't have the money to join a gym or take lessons yet, so these are a big help. Many thanks, Kevin!
Pacquiao uses that forearm and triangle technique. He also understands that center line concept very well and chain punches his way in, slipping through that guard. Thank you for sharing this, your video breaks down that triangle and forearm defense so well. New perspective
Looks good Kevin. Great drills! Thank you.
Thanks Mr Kevin!
Thank you. Sir. This was very informative. I've watched Cassius Clay, Roberto Duran, and Mike Tyson. You explain things. Thank you.
Great fundamentals!!!👍🏽👊🏽
So thax for video. More video plz. I need Knife Defense vs empty hand video :)
Bruce and Dan would be so proud to see what you're doing. True mixed martial artist !
The simultaneous block and punch reminds me of the simultaneous punches of the first Naihanchi/Tekki kata.
Cool stuff
Thank you for the inspiration, I will pick this up in training. Thanks from Germany.
Keep training!!! Thank you for your support!

Hi! How many ounces are your gloves and where can I get them? The small ones, I mean! 🙂
Those are Fairtex bag gloves. You can try to get them online. =)
@@KevinLeeVlog Thank you!
Roger Mayweather show me all those drills in the early 90s when he was living in Chicago
