life has been weird lately. i don’t want to go into too much detail about my private mental health struggles, but something i love about vlogging is that it encourages me to seek out every little thing in my life that bring me just the slightest drop of happiness. so this vlog is about a week in my sophomore year at university. adjusting to in person college life, going to class, going to work, trying to figure out how to live.

Finding joys in everyday life is really important. When things get overwhelming, it helps to focus on these little joys and just savour them. Honestly a lot of the time these little sweet moments are overlooked, which is why it makes me happy that you’re spreading this message hehe. You don’t need to have lots of big dates in the calendar to enjoy life and that’s commonly misunderstood :)

recently, i've been panicking about school since i'm going into highschool next year and they make you do a "four-year plan" when i don't even have half a clue what my plan is for life and so that really scares me, but i've been watching your videos recently and they really help :) thank you so much, you're one of my favorite people on youtube
Chiqui, don't stress too much about the plan. I moved to a completely different state during my sophomore year, and my whole plan flew out the window since Memphis and Orlando have different systems. Nothing's set in stone, everything's adjustable, and the future will always throw surprises at you, so just buckle up and enjoy the ride. 💛

my adhd has been whacking me upside the head lately, and the only way for me to get motivation for the day-by-day is to watch other people go through theirs. being in such an online era makes it easy for it to seem like you're alone in your tasks and work, so this helps me a lot. i hope you're doing well, and thank you again ^-^

Ugh college life has been weird lately for me too. I found out six months ago that I have adhd and the coping mechanisms I used to get my school stuff done before knowing have not been working now and I failed my first fall term. But alas, life goes on and I will try harder (especially since I'm on first term probation now lol) next term.
As a an 8th who wants to go to ucla, i love this video and it inspired me sm and now i love ucla even more this vlog is beautiful:)
