Liz Harris is the GOAT for making me feel uncomfortably comfy
Here's what I could recognise:
0:00 - Vanishing Point
2:10 - Alien Observer
16:00 - Labyrinth (the piano line, couldn't quite pick the vocal line)
32:40 - I think it might be Made of Air? Not sure on that one
Sorry I couldn't pick more, it's always hard with her music to distinguish individual tracks and I think some of it is improvisational
32:40 is Made of Air! It's just reverbed and pitched down, it sounds like.
I think there maybe some nivek parts in here too, which is another Liz harris thing
16:00 is Sleep
I feel sufficiently grouped now, thank you
she's a national treasure.
Galactic, too..even. (That's still a word, right?)
Grouper is such special and transporting music.
"Transporting music" ..... yes!
one of the best live ambient performances of all time
I’m weak asf she performed the microwave beep iconic
Saw her live at Moogfest this year. Life-changing stuff. She's so wonderful.
heyheyodelay me too!
Rest in peace, Paul Clipson.
This is what i call beautiful.
You are my Autumn period soundtrack. Thank you for all the tunes and emotions.
that distortion at 21:26 mother mary i am floating
seriously such an inspiration for me
i’ve, for years, have tried to find the visuals to the sound that i desire daily.. i HAVE found it.
she is incredible.. that gloomy, ambient atmospheric sound is perfect.
transcendental
how can anyone dislike it?
They are all so lucky to be there omg.
Liz & Paul made a deadly combination. I'm glad BR captured this.
at 22:17 when labyrinth emerges..............thanks for this moment Dona Liz'a
great performance and the visuals just heightens it all
About 5:00-10:00 made me think of William Basinski - dlp 1.2
Liz is Best Girl
You know what? ...You right. This like the best damn champagne I had in my life.
nice reference...?
Rest in Peace, Paul...
18:00 kills me
This is Sleep from Violet Replacement. Her longest and best track imo.
how can a human being be as beautiful as liz harris? the only question that perplexes me
Where's the guy with the setlist?
20:36 that final hi note she adds on ..Poh Baby n Extra Blong Boingo Labyrithn! I call her GLADIUS MADUMS😄 46:30 song.Made of air😉❤️ 🎶🛌👌👍👋
So, what instruments do you play?
Uh, the microwave.
25:28
this is too fuckin great man
brilliant
RIP Paul Clipson
this is the typa video where ads shouldnt be allowed
Ads hitting me like a fucming bus out of nowhere
I agree 3,000%. Or if it's a Have to/Gotta, then all at the pre-start, or all afterwards.
They feel extra..what's the word...extra, kinda.. inappropriate(?) That's not it, but it's as close as I can come up with at the moment..forwhateverreason
I'm so in love
The fact that she has a boiler room..
I need the setlist!
floating in darkness
I love the part of Alien Observer around 13:00 combined with that white noise & film. Absolutely atmospheric. Can anybody tell me similar music/ videos like this?
Şarkılarının içine hapset beni Liz.
So much time spent talking to the stone and the dirt about the impact the body beneath had on us.
It makes the effort to talk to us, and we're all freaked out?
This is the listening part of the conversation.
Shhhhhhhh, not shush, but shhhhhhh.
Incredible
🖤
How do you download it as per the description? It just links to the video embed.
Tim Clark - Copy the Link inside the share Icon then go to the downloader site I have linked. Paste in the top bar then click Start. Next is the tricky part I've figured out. The download button will turn blue then click it, but quickly hit the back button. It should start downloading on your phone however sometimes you have to give it several go's. Now I use Android it will download into Google play which you have to go into settings and refresh and clear cache in Google Play if you are shuffling your music. On one of my phone's which is a Samsung it's in Samsung music app as well. You can download anything if the uploader allows it. Also you can choose the format in which you download on the second bar after you paste the link with the default being MP3 which is what I was describing! Hope it works for ya Tim!

Anyone know the track list ?
oh yeah also ''vanishing point'' at the very beginning
God
what a woman
Дивовижно
Ka nui te mihi ki a koe
I saw her at Sydney Opera House, VIVID festival. Well, I think it’s not as memorable as I think it would be. It was nice for first 10 minutes then it becomes sooo draggy. Probably most of you will disagree but you won’t miss anything if you haven’t see her.
Well tastes and colours you know.. Saw her in Malmö in 2017 just before Basinski, it was a wonderful performance from Liz.
People who love Drone would not miss an opportunity to see Grouper perform live. With a statement like that I would question if you even like her music in general to begin with.
@@jordanh9501 I do like drone-ish, ambient stuff. The japanese do them well. But the settings to her performance at SOH was, no setting at all.. it was complete darkness. It was different definitely, and somewhat memorable but I won't see her again.
@@jordanh9501 i loge her music and been to plenty of drone and ambient shows, but I agree eith OP, at least when I saw her a few years back it was rather disappointing iimk. mayne it was the sound set up, or her selection of songs, but I couldn't really get lost in the experience, as I love to do with her recorded stuff. id probably see her again because this sounds dope here. it might of just been the venue, the vibe or etv
@@ginaramusic It wasn't harsh critics and I paid money to see her, and spend my hour for her. I think I am allowed to say something? If not then how would she know what works and whats not?
In any work you do, the only way to know if you do good work is by others telling you its a good work. Please don't be delusional.
