Watched a few if your videos. I recently got a Buell blast from a trade with a buddy. Anyways, my goals have been to get a Kawasaki ZX6R but these Buells are growing on me. If you had to pick between the 2, which would you get. Stock 1125 or 636 ZX6r? I absolutely love the newer 636 Kawasakis and know a bit about them. I don't know squat about Buell. What I do know is, the model you have is incredibly beautiful. That's all I know. I wanna give one a try.
I've got an 09 buell 1125r. Once you fix the common problems like the clutch weep and stator burning out, it's a dream to ride. Get a barkers exhaust and buelltooth or EBR ECM and the bike turns into a beast. Stock fueling is pretty shitty so updating the ECM is a must.
Truthfully, and in my opinion I love the 1125 more so than the 1190. I had a 1190sx for about a month and couldnt stand it. It has TONS of power, but I live in a very hot climate and the bike ran hot, bike would stall randomly (known issue due to the huge cams) and the chain slapping the swing arm is an issue no one talks about, but every bike has.
Nice video. Changing oil is quite easy, all you need to do is rotate the bracket out of the way after you remove the oil filter cap bolts.

ive got an 1125r that ive had to rebuild twice now, used parts are becoming harder and harder to come by..

Is that a stock Buell handlebar or is that aftermarket?
I believe they are stock on the 2008 models and changed on the 2009 cr model… not 100% tho
Can you down shift with it?
Awesome. How hard is it to switch these to make them moto gp shift?
ROMEO not sure about a GP shift kit yet. I know they have a kit in the works for that now

Yeah a bit more premium than Buell ;D I wanted an 1190 but we only have 4rx and 2sx in Sweden and none of them is for sale :(
