Seeing that example from MS Copilot for Sales, where it wrote up a word document summarizing your interactions and information about the client? Reminded me of someone else I follow who said - think of Copilot as an enthusiastic intern. Dont expect it to do more than an intern could do - but i can think of a lot of things I would like an enthusiastic intern to do for me. Yes - like prepare a cheat-sheet for you about the clients you have to meet with so you can just skim that before the meeting and be informed.
A great explanation of a changing landscape. Let's hope Microsoft stick with this for a while or they will start to make this all too hard. Let's hope! Great job as always Lisa
Nice video, but I am still confused of the behavior in our envrionment. We are having D365 Sales Professional Licences and are able to use Copilot for Sales in Outlook without buying any licences for Copilot at all. Is that default or maybe a bug?
Copilot for Sales is a standalone version of Copilot, included in D365 Sales Enterprise (and above) licenses. Copilot for M365 is a different product/version with a separate license.
It's not available yet, coming soon - this is the roadmap item to watch for updates releaseplans.microsoft.com/?app=Sales&planID=1be1bcc8-0a84-ee11-8179-000d3a5474a4?WT.mc_id=BA-MVP-5003537
OK, so as great as that video is, I've watch that about 5 times and I still don't know what to do! I have Dynamics 365 Sales Enterprise, Microsoft 365 E3, and Copilot for Microsoft 365. I want to get my hands on Copilot for Sales. Would I get it included if I simply upgraded to Dynamics 365 Sales Premium? Or would I still need to add it separately. Help! (and thankyou).
Am I the only one getting bombarded with multiple requests from my users that Sales Copilot (oh I'm sorry, COPILOT FOR SALES) won't load in Outlook? Microsoft, why are you doing this to us Dynamics admins?
yeah, performance of the outlook integration is not the best. Nothing you can do about it, usualy pointing them to the online version of Outlook helps, it's loading much better there.
I still dont understand why Microsoft makes licensing so difficult to understand. They would make life so much simpler and sell more if they didnt confuse people.
So , this is the Copilots Sales, Sales Copilot Premium... right? Good lord Microsoft... I can see they're reiterating as fast as AI is evolving, and its catching everyone out... Good try Lisa... hang on in there... I think I got some of it. lol

This is one of the best videos on this topic to decipher all the craziness of naming. Thanks Lisa.
Thanks Arafat 😊

I love that analogy, such a good perspective. It won’t do your job for you but it can take a lot of the dull time consuming work out of your job!
@@LisaCrosbie it was Eugene Meidinger, if you know him - he's more PowerBI
So confusing. MS need to simplify their product launches.
Great video and thank you for explaining the differences 👍
What a nightmare! You did well to explain it!
Thank you for the clear explanation. It really confuses me until I watch your video.

Yes have the same thing and I am equally confused

Thank you Lisa. Do you know where I enable the Full Screen view? Microsoft Learn does not tell....

When the conversational intelligence has completed, does it pass that information/link back to the account record in the main CRM?

Copilot for Sales is actually included in the D365 Sales Enterprise license
Does Copilot for Sales support third party CRM's?
It works with Salesforce as well but that’s all.
You could build a Custom Copilot using Copilot Studio and add extension to third party CRMs
