    This material is amazing😍! It clearly demonstrates how AI can be a game-changer. Not only does it save us a lot of manual effort, but it also provides us with the information we need instantly! 🚀 Love the potential of AI!

    Thanks very much Lisa! I'm wondering how to create a new opportunity in this plug-in

    Hi Lisa this is a brilliant and mind-blowing video. One small question though: do you need to install an Outlook Add-in to be able to do what you demonstrate? And what about Teams? I read it somewhere.

    Great vid!
    I think it has a lot of potential!
    Nevertheless, I’m wondering how the logic of our business already implemented in D365, behaves with the editing or the creation of records

    Thanks Lisa! Very helpful. Do we know if Sales Copilot will be enabled for mobile devices?

      I haven't seen anything on that yet, but Copilot in Edge/Bing is in a mobile app, so hopefully this will be in future

    Hi Lisa

      In the bottom left of the Sales Hub app, switch to App Settings, and you will find it in that menu there.

    Very useful vid, thx Lisa. Seems it would be safe to say that sales copilot replaces D365 App for Outlook by offering all the same functionality plus all the copilot AI smarts? Seems odd that you configure its forms/views for interactions with D365 via Teams and not via D365 Administration.

      Yes, I think once they add the feature of being able to create leads in Sales Copilot (soon) there will be no reason to keep using the D365 App for Outlook. I agree the config experience is strange to have in Teams, but there must have been a reason it was easier to do it there, and they have made it very easy.

      @@LisaCrosbie Is there an alternative place to set this config if the admin uses a service account (which does not have Teams)?

    Lisa, which license do you recommend for all of this AI goodness to happen? Microsoft requires that you have a doctorate in order to understand their licensing model. Obviously it's best to have the top tier license but that's not always viable for larger work groups.

    • @LisaCrosbie
      @LisaCrosbie  11 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Thankfully the Sales Copilot licensing (which is what is covered in this video) is really simple. If you have Dynamics 365 Sales Enterprise or Premium, it's included. If not and you want to buy it as an add on to D365 Sales Professional or Salesforce, it's USD$40/user/month. dynamics.microsoft.com/en-us/pricing/#Sales

    Does each team member need to be CRM licensed to have copilot?

    • @LisaCrosbie
      @LisaCrosbie  11 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Yes, each user needs to login to their CRM (Dynamics 365 or Salesforce) to use this.

    Would this work with Bullhorn for the CRM?

    • @LisaCrosbie
      @LisaCrosbie  10 หลายเดือนก่อน

      No, it only connects to Salesforce and Dynamics 365
