Happy Saturday! Are you following us on Instagram and Facebook? If not, link will be below. If you do follow us then hopefully you saw the stories of when we went to Central Market and get a delicious dinner for under $25. We already knew that we wanted something healthy and light, so naturally we agreed on fish. After talking to the employee that works in the Seafood Section at Central Market, we decided to go with a Redfish. The good thing about cooking Redfish on the Blackstone is that it it holds up really well, but still has that nice flake.
I used a new seasoning I just got from TD's Brew and BBQ and it paired really nice with the fish. I will leave a link below for his products. Pretty cool that his products will be at Central Market for one of the events they are having in March.
Lastly, I can not forget about the honey from Lone Star Bee. The Lime Sea Salt Honey is perfect for fish. That citrus sweet is a nice touch to this. I will be posting more about the Giveaway we will be having soon.
