You used a lot of fermentables there, before you said the gravity I thought it would be high. In the can itself there is prob around 2/2.5% and the 2% ish per kg of fermentable sounds right to me.

Just wondering 🤔 have you tried using your coopers brewing bucket for brewing. I have a new one coming, just wondering how good they are. I'm use to buckets with airlocks, which I love but there 20 litres needed at least 23litres Which is what the coopers buckets is. Thanku love your videos.
I've used the coopers brewing bucket a lot in the past. I had no problems with it, even without the airlock, no issues. The only reason i dont use it anymore is i have other fermenters that allow me to move my beer under pressure
Its turned out pretty good! Im going to do a tasting video in a few days. I know they're not that useful as taste is subjective but I want to talk about the pros and cons of how it turned out

Can you do a comparison to the Coopers lager, using exactly the same ingredients and methods, to see if they turn out the same?
