Although I have been brewing other you tubers beers, which has been fun, I normally Brew 2 beers the Panic Attack (bitter) and The Tired Bastard. (Dark) And after many years they are locked in. Great work mate on developing your brewing process. Cheers 😎👍
Great video. Your Blonde Ale looks and sounds really good. I'm a big fan of Chinook, but you're right, it's not used that much anymore for some reason. That tap looks really cool. Also agree with tweaking and improving the same recipe. I've done that with a couple of styles I really enjoy, especially Black IPA. Cheers mate 🍻
