1 cup oats
¼ cup almonds
¼ cup sesame seeds
¼ cup pumpkin seeds
¼ cup desiccated coconut powder
¼ cup flax seeds

1 cup jaggery powder
½ teaspoon cardamom powder
½ cup hot ghee/ clarified butter

½ cup almonds
½ cup cashews
½ cup walnuts
½ cup pitted dates
½ cup figs/ anjeer
¼ cup instant oats
2 tablespoons poppy seeds/ khus-khus
4 tablespoons clarified butter/ghee
Ingredients For Peanut Ladoo:
2 cups raw peanuts
1 cup jaggery/ jaggery powder
2 tablespoons roasted sesame seeds
½ teaspoon cardamom powder
Ingredients For Energy Balls
Oats - 1 Cup
Ghee - 1 tbsp.
Almonds - ½ Cup
Sesame Seeds - ¼ Cup
Flax Seeds - ¼ Cup
Sunflower Seeds - ¼ Cup
Pumpkin Seeds - ¼ Cup
Dried Cranberries - ¼ Cup
Salt - 1 Pinch
Cinnamon Powder - ¼ tsp.

2 cups (200g) desiccated coconut
2 tablespoons cashews
2 tablespoons almonds
2 tablespoons raisins
2 tablespoons melon seeds
½ teaspoon cardamom powder
