Like someone already said. Clean the charging port with a toothpick, sim key or anything that can get in the charging port. Gently scrape around the contact core. Make sure your phone is powered off during this step. I got my S23 ultra fixed using this method. Good luck!!!

Жесть!!! 50 лайков этому человеку, уже все способы перепробовал, никакой не помог, уже готов был в сервис нести.
А тут по этому способу (жесткая перезагрузка), именно выключил телефон , подключил зарядку и зажал 2 кнопки , выключение и громкость уменьшения и держал секунд 30-60 , перезагрузился за этот момент раза 3-4 и ошибки нет и телефон заряжается.

Turn off the phone
Hold Power Button + Volume Down button until the android icon shows
Then put power cable back in (still holding the buttons)
Wait for Samsung to flash and release the Power & Volume down button, another restart should begin.
Battery is now charging in fast mode
