@d c In all fairness, Apricot Hill, Grand Valley, Trial Mountain, Tokyo Route 246, and Deep Forest would all make good tracks for E-Sports. Issue is they gotta be remade from the ground up, which takes time, and lots of it.

I still remember the day I was playing with my father and we decided to race on Citta di Aria with the Subaru 360 just for the lulz. That car was so underpowered it couldn't go up the climb at the end of the lap, and I ended up winning because I thought of going in reverse first XD. Good times.

Ness in Pajamas you look like a fan of gt, do you only have that kind of memories? I also have a lot of "emotional" memories... like playing swiss alps every weekend with a friend on gt4, or racing multiple times trial mountain on gt3 because at the time (as a dumb kid :P ) i loved trying to fly with the car when cutting the last chicane...also farming on amalfi to get all the black cars, and god how much fun did i have on gt5 online...there was a lobby with random cars on monza which was absolutely crazy...

Ive just remembered some memories about motorland, i used to always race it in reverse as an AI error would mean that most of the grid will enter the pits by accident at some point in the race 😂
So many of these tracks need to be added to Gran Turismo Sport. The amount of cars, for me at least, is fine. But the amount of tracks, both world and classic originals are still missing, and I hope many of these tracks make an appearance. Great video!

Red Rock Valley, Seattle Circuit, Tokyo R246 man good times. I currently play Forza but Gran Turismo is what got me started on racing games. And in my opinion Gran Turismo has always had the best tracks by far.

I removed when I was a kid I always used to play the chamonix in drift with an impreza on gt psp and I got sooo much money. I know this course as well as I know the nürbügring
Watching this just confirms how many tracks GT7 are lacking. The game doesn't even feel nearly as vast as these titles did. Now, they did say they were gonna add stuff to the game, but seeing as they specified it as "track layouts" it does look a bit grim at the moment... Honestly, if they don't start adding actual tracks that might just be the end for me when it comes to Gran Turismo. :(
My facial expression must have been priceless when I drove Circuit de la Sarthe for the first time WITH chicane.. I only knew it without and BANG here I was stuck in the barrier xD

Seattle Circuit , Cape Ring, Mid-Field Raceway, Trial Mountain Circuit, Grand Valley, Special Stage Route 11, S.S Route 5, favorite maps with formula GT. I though in GT6 would be ALL race Tracks.
Anyone noticed how Green Forrest Roadway and Smokey Mountain South (and by extension Swiss Alps) are really similar. Makes me wonder if they made two versions of the same track and put them both in.
Regrettably, the final chicane (I've heard it called the "yeet chicane") in Trial Mountain has been replaced with something much slower, as have the high-speed corners on each end of the back straight in Deep Forest. The trees have also been cut back in both circuits.

Las Vegas Drag Strip: Feels like an afterthought
London: Feels unoriginal (gosh it's getting repetitive already)
Matterhorn: Going downhill really fast
Mazda Laguna Seca: The most janky course in the series
Mid-Field Raceway: GT2, you do realize there are more courses than this course right? (Talking to it while doing one make races)
Motorland: It was only available on the arcade disc, which was broken at the time.
Mount Paranorma: I hate the last few corners
New York: Going super fast down the straight, then plop.
Nurburgring: GT4 and it's stupid challenges surrounding it.
Opera Paris: Just hating it
Pikes Peak: having the same name that's in the best car in the game
Red Rock Valley Speedway: TVR Speed 6. 500,000 Credits. Amazing.
Redbull Ring: Not much really, I only played it a month ago.

Super Speedway: The tent on the 2nd corner in GT2.
Suzuka Circuit: The endurance race in GT5 that made me realize how flawed they are in the game.

Test Course (1): Driving the Escudo around it

Toscana: I don't think I like how the newer games treated rally racing
Trial Mountain Circuit: The most satisfying shortcut at the end. If I screw up, I crash.
Tsukuba Circuit: I think this is MX5 Miata's favourite course
Twin Ring Motegi: Sunset in 4, mid day in 5. Just like Deep Forest Raceway
Willow Springs: boooooooooring. My least favourite course in the series

Ness in Pajamas you look like a fan of gt, do you only have that kind of memories? I also have a lot of "emotional" memories... like playing swiss alps every weekend with a friend on gt4, or racing multiple times trial mountain on gt3 because at the time (as a dumb kid :P ) i loved trying to fly with the car when cutting the last chicane...also farming on amalfi to get all the black cars, and god how much fun did i have on gt5 online...there was a lobby with random cars on monza which was absolutely crazy...

So many of these tracks need to be added to Gran Turismo Sport. The amount of cars, for me at least, is fine. But the amount of tracks, both world and classic originals are still missing, and I hope many of these tracks make an appearance. Great video!

Red Rock Valley, Seattle Circuit, Tokyo R246 man good times. I currently play Forza but Gran Turismo is what got me started on racing games. And in my opinion Gran Turismo has always had the best tracks by far.

Watching this just confirms how many tracks GT7 are lacking. The game doesn't even feel nearly as vast as these titles did. Now, they did say they were gonna add stuff to the game, but seeing as they specified it as "track layouts" it does look a bit grim at the moment... Honestly, if they don't start adding actual tracks that might just be the end for me when it comes to Gran Turismo. :(

Anyone noticed how Green Forrest Roadway and Smokey Mountain South (and by extension Swiss Alps) are really similar. Makes me wonder if they made two versions of the same track and put them both in.

Welcome back High Speed Ring, Trial Mountain, Daytona & Deep Forest coming to GT7
Regrettably, the final chicane (I've heard it called the "yeet chicane") in Trial Mountain has been replaced with something much slower, as have the high-speed corners on each end of the back straight in Deep Forest. The trees have also been cut back in both circuits.
Gran Turismo is the best races for me🙂. I have a series of videos on the YT channel from races on ps5🏁
