I would love the San Juan team to be named the San Juan Coquis. It's a native frog to the area that are iconic. They're loud and adorable, like the Puerto Rican people.
I'm partial to a 6-team (per league) playoffs with a bye for winning an 8-team division, but this is certainly much better than the 'everyone gets in' current format.
@@OOTPaddy I'm sure we've talked about this before but I really like to stretch out the gap between each, playoff spot. Top seed gets a bye, two-seed hosts three-seed in a 'modified Bo3' (I think it's called?) where they get two home games and only need to win one. To me that's a good mix of letting a 3rd-place team get in even if they're in a monster division but also not completely resetting the playing field for them when they could be 15 games worse than the top two seeds.
How do you force expansion and change the divisions in the middle of a sim? I got expansion naturally in one of my sims but I couldn’t figure out how to force it even with commissioner mode
How would you go about rebuilding a team. I am rebuilding Oakland and obviously the really bad years and then I had a hunch of decent prospects come up and some pretty good pitching ones. The pitching staff can't put it together and the offense is mid. I have the number 1 farm system and have a bunch of elite prospects on the way. Should I wait for them to come up and pay for some talent to go around them or don't spend any money at all?
I'm not even going to get into expansion because you chose ridiculous locations... the NL is not getting both expansion teams either. The Brewers should not be in the AL East, I don't care about your childhood. If the Brewers are in the AL, they need to be with the White Sox and Twins. If they're in the NL then they need to be with the Cubs and the Cardinals. Which reminds me... You separated the Cubs and Cardinals. So switch Chicago and Cincinnati. You put the Braves in the East so why keep the Reds in the West? Again, I liked the 80s too but this is not about that.
I like how you said you weren't going to get into it and then wrote 3 paragraphs. I thought I said this in the video, but I put both in the NL to make the game more challenging for me in the AL. Also lol'd at "I don't care about your childhood." Thanks for watching!
21:35 it means they’re a 2 way player, so the batting stats are also being factored in
ah okay, thank you!

The reason Quinton Low has a higher OVR than POT is because of his hitting ratings.

Agree, I like that better too. I make a tweak to this setup later in the sim.

Depends on some of your preferences but I find it more fun to develop my own prospects as much as possible.
Dude! It’s “Chranna”
I'm pretty sure it is pronounced "Toronto" ;)
