Starter shingles are very narrow. Bad for first starter course. Starter shingles are very new. 20 years ago no one seen starter shingles. Using starter shingles is cheaper.
@@DanTheRooferagain you keep saying 20 years ago. lol do you know why starters are used? to seal the shingle on the edge because the bond is on the edge of starter using a shingle does not bond it. plus starters are not cheaper they are more expensive and if you were to get gaf to come inspect roof for warranty if there was and issue they would not give it not trying to ne a dick but come on
