- After days of frustration and trying everything I could think of to fix my game-breaking Scrooge’s store bug, I finally found the culprit - and it’s tied to Tiana! 👀 If you’ve been facing the same issue, I’ve got the details on what I believe caused it and how I resolved it. UPDATE
Gameloft released a hotfix while I was creating this video. No word in the Patch Notes if this was identified or fixed, thought it might just fall under the "crashing optimisations" so please do let me know if you're still having this issue! 😬

I'm so glad you were able to get this sorted. I was lucky to have not encountered that bug (probably because I did speed run Tiana's quest line.) The devs really need to be more communicative on these issues. Your troubleshooting is valuable to the community and hopefully the devs will take note and get this fixed.

My friend, you are a lifesaver. My partner had this exact issue and completing the Back from the Bayou quest line fixed it for her as well.

I started the tiana's quest only two weeks ago and took my time to finish it. I haven't encountered this bug simply because I didn't use scrooge store at all at the time so I was very lucky without even knowing. Glad you're bringing this to light. Even if I didn't go through it myself is always good to stay informed

this happened to me the day I got Tiana, I freaked out bc yk soft locked and was worried about when I had last saved, but had to exit out. Save was fine and decided to try again. Same thing, so I just said screw it and went on with my duties. And well my top priority happened to be Tiana so I finished her bayou quest along with one other and didn't go back to the store until the next day and hesitantly tried to order the item I needed and it was fixed so I didn't connect those two things at ALL I just thought the game was being weird😂

Congratulations on 500 subscribers! When I am playing DDV I often have a situation where I can't access certain things like my inventory or the characters page and it can be so frustrating. Usually I shut the game down and go do something else and when I come back it's fine. Sometimes I think that when you have a long play session that this is when the bugs appear.
This has happened to me but only i can’t go into my inventory
