Funny Succorine Bai - VIVA GOA - I have just finished cooking the Shrimp Curry. I also had Basmati rice ready to test this creation. Fantastic Taste. Actually I had tried 2 different recipie's from the other Utube shrimp curries - had to throw them out before adding the marinated shrimp - as a Goan in Canada from Pakistan I have memories of Mums delicious shrimp & fish curry especially for Friday lunch with the family. One question that I must ask is how to make more gravy without adding more spices. Ambot Tik fish curry would be nice to see. Hope more Goans post goan recipes for the expats all over the world. KEEP THE CULTURE ALIVE !!!!!
Hi Patrick! Thank you!!! You can add fish to the same curry base ... if you want more gravy can have to double the recipe ...however saying that, batching up is not an exact science. You can try a 1.5 masala ratio and add more if you need by taste.

Hi I like your amot tik recipe but in Goa we don't use masteredseeds in Amot tik.you did thick curry it should put little more water in it.
