For landed have to purchase RM1.0 Mil above
For Apartment the capping is either RM500k or RM1.0mil varies between each projects
2 hidden fees u should look out
first is foreign state levy tax, approximately 2% of List Price
if the list price of the property is below RM1.0Mil, it is RM22.5k flat
second is Memorundum of Transfer
it can be said as a kind of government tax on property purchase, applicable regardless of MY citizen or foreigners
for foreigners it is at a flat rate of 4% of list price
