刚刚买屋子,虽然短时间不会买,看了很多Jb property TH-camr,我觉得Zack&Winnie的TH-cam比较中肯,也不隐瞒不好的地方,这个comment是想给他们鼓励鼓励!
但这个century park的finishing真的很不好,你看油漆都油到那个access的machine,地上那个洋灰真的很不好

通往所有设施(托儿所、健身房、阅读室、祷告室、多用途室、班级和纸牌室以及公用厕所)尽然是无盖走廊,设计欠缺人性化,遇到打雷下雨如何自由进出和享用以上设施?
更甚的是,在走廊的上方就是高楼公寓的窗户和阳台,谁能保证没有高楼抛物的居民?或是盆栽植物等等物件从高楼掉下?真的要正视,还有幼儿到托儿所上学、放学呢!

Developer 採用了中国feel,搞了个中国高密度设计,很不适合马来西亚,厕所太小,shower room用木门,抽油烟机又没有ducting 到外面,等于没做。

不知大家有没有这种感觉,大马的发展商很喜欢赌博,赌自己的项目会大卖,会赚大钱,地点,,设计放一边.买家需求听不见😂😂
不是。只是jb这样。没有太激烈的竞争。随便重复的设计一样被扫完。发展商自然就随便建乱乱卖
公寓不同排层,只要卖出30%就回本了,接下来都是净赚了,一点都不担心,君不见很多公寓卖了五年还在慢慢卖。
感觉新山的公寓设计没有新加坡的合理漂亮!小区环境也不用心设计!

这种公寓这种质量都能卖300多千,只能说JB的盘子真的多,难怪发展商没有进步,屋子和20年前quality一样

建筑面积太小。房间厕所都太小。住起来会很憋屈。
我是phase 1屋主。其实不会太小,对一个小家庭,情侣货夫妇,是一个很好的选择。不过如果家庭成员超过4位就会比较拥挤

Those who say this project is not good... many other projects in JB are stuck for years without any construction progress or moving at a snail pace. At least the developer is responsible for completing the construction and handover key. Don't ever take this for granted when buying property in Malaysia.
Basically this condo is located in Tampoi, is a Malays populated area. Location and connectivity are good but due to Malays populated area, it is quite hard to find non Halal eateries place in the vicinity except Tampoi new Chinese village close to Cycle and Carriage.

Traffic flow is very bad between the entrance foyer, kitchen and bedroom, I can say, whole design screw up, this architect simply design without consider the traffic flow

Malaysia/JB got so much land I don’t understand why you need to built so high and make the apartments so tiny that it is not practical to live in it long term. In my humble opinion when the shit hit the fence or if the market turn sour these units will crash. JB got so much demand meh ? Built so many such units. Even in Singapore where the demand is a lot higher such tiny shoebox units which are not suitable for long term living a frown upon. You must remember this is Malaysia not China there isn’t much demand for shoebox units. Ask yourself would u be keen to live in ask shoebox units in the long run
Developer just want maximum profit they don't care about residents benefit. Need gov to intervene

accually the truth is malaysian weak earning power, not everyone can afford a house price over 500k house, usually condo not for the rich to stay lah, mostly stay landed one. and also the truth is this youmg generation buy condo will just make them even more poor in future because condo wont increases values and also need pay maintenance fee forever.

Just so you know JB is the second highest volume in property transaction in Malaysia. Speaking of demand in JB, the answer is definite because JB people right now have very high spending power. Especially people who are working in SG, to obtain a loan for 600k property simply needs them to have 2000 SGD income only. Don't compare yourself with others. Some people just want a space to stay and a normal life and buy property within their affordability. Put your greed and jelousy elsewhere and study more before you make such comment that shows nothing but your ignorant and incomepetent.
