Obviously those that can afford rm2.5mil is either they already have landed, not liking landed or preferred bungalow in the sky. What good about landed? Day day fighting off street parking space? Need to be nice with the unfriendly neigbours? Live with the abandoned building next door?😅 The ONLY ADVANTAGE now living with landed IS personal charging port for your EV.

How much psf for the 2 bedrooms? The resale prices are much lower than you quoted. There are units listed for 500 psf for the developments around. Medini doesnt have much amenities compared to Eco Botanic or Bukit Indah.

Must view personally. U may only see many areas that will make u reconsider as U walk around the whole place. Some parts of the pool are not accessible by wheelchair. There is a pool of water besides the residents blocks that's filled with algea. The price of this project is on the high side. Though convenient this place is more atas ie food is more expensive as U don't find food eatery but more of restaurant food. Must view it personally and walk through the whole place to have a complete idea. The video wasn't able to pick up many details.

Units have poor layout. Anyway for JB, what is promised is never what you get. Always buy what you can see and touch.

还有一点,我忘记补充,那边的排屋业主全部都想等到2026年RTS一旦完工,那边PSF 至少RM3500. 包括kim Teng park ,你看不到有业主挂牌出售。

你说的那个停车场和前面的六间店铺全都要铲平起公寓,你售卖的公寓他后面有个六acres 发展商名字叫做EXSIM,明年包括你在内,总共有四个发展项目在那边。
这个项目还是有优势的 dualkey800k左右 exsim据我知道的dualkey价格已经超过genrise的dualkey价格了 exsim的项目我已经看到dualkey layout了并没有像genrise这样适合长期出租,而且有了解过的话 exsim之后起的公寓 是一个非常高密度的公寓,和rnf差不多 听说一共会起到四千多个unit 好像有最高到65楼,对比genrise 47层 但是只有700多个unit来说 舒适度和密集度根本没得比,还是那句话 看需求把,如果是需要环境良好的,genrise是一个更好的选择。

Paragon property is a joke. Look at google review for their Paragon ciq suites. Even their paragon straits view marketed as “luxury” when the final product FAR from pictures. The facilities floor is BASIC AF.

2027 but it's already been sold out
No power at night at 17A Kings Bay for 3 nights. Now 8 am, also power not back up. They expect us to sleep in the heat and humidity, use candles. Agents, please stop promoting this place till they fix things.
Moving too fast, not enough details to zoom in for the viewers experience eg: the first apartment, I would love to see the artic whats above the study area.

Some dual key living with no kitchen you had zoom passed like a rocket speed which is very important for the buyer. The size of the beds not important but you mentioned few times etc..
