Taco you can buy fabric for those lawn chairs. Custom fit and redo them. I did 4 of them that someone threw out and you cannot tell them from new. For a fraction of the cost!

Clipping, and saving, a few of the power cords from some of the things that you're gonna scrap, might be a good idea. There always handy to have if you have to replace one at home. It saves time running out to a store if you need one.

Where i live in UK your not allowed to leave certain items outside your house , like fridges , freezers , furniture, you have to pay to have them removed by the council .
So many different rules according to locale. Very many communities, like mine, have a regular bulk pickup day for big items. Sofas, appliances etc. No cost, a community service. I am in Michigan US.
Taco, just spray some Frebreez on anything that smells, it would take the musty smells out. That picnic basket is really nice, maybe just refinish it by sanding it down, anyway picnics sometimes are caught out in the rain, so maybe that wood is made for it? The little girls table and chair that is Disney is also a really good find.

Hey Taco been watching your videos for awile now..Ive been "curb shopping" now for 30 plus years and, as you say, you find the most amazing things in the trash. I sell at flea markets in the Philly area and when I get a big load from the curb, some goes to fb marketplace, some to ebay and the lesser to the fleas....

Butterfly bushes are weeds, just big ones. They definitely spread like a weed and they are not good for butterflies. It's kind of like the "Tree of Heaven" that is very much an invasive plant.
I hate seeing nice things in the trash and then I "play the odds" at an estate sale with nothing but picture frames, kitchen utensils, plastic food containers and old linens. Scorched pot holder anyone?

After the basket dries out ,use food grade mineral oil on the basket. It should help it
