Love the big crock pots also! I would put the crack in the back & nice plant on top. What a trooper you are, getting soaked but still finding lots of stuff to scrap! Stay safe in the rain...
I just realized l have been a subbie to you for probably 3 or 4 yrs l would think as l remember showing my older sister your site when she was at my house one Christmas and she loved it...she passed yesterday and l will miss her so terribly much....
😢🙏🕊️💐 so sad to hear that Robyn. She'll be with you always though, in spirit. I lost a family member several months ago, like a daughter to me...I miss her everyday. 🤗🙏
Hi from Phoenix, Arizona. I still love seeing all those beautiful homes, green grass and the rain. I hope your area doesn't get a lot of wind from Ian storm.
Great fun in the rain my friend! I think an epoxy repair inside of those pots is called for, and they would look great freshly painted. Those crack when water is left in them and they freeze. Have a great day!
To repair the olive crocks, get a couple packs (2 tubes per pack which have to be mixed) of J & B weld. That stuff is fantastic. I have put together my motorcycle cases after someone tried to steal it and found it was chained down. I rode the bike another 40 or 50 thousand miles without a drip of oil. I have also repaired gun parts and brick with J & B and it has never failed me. Best $6.00’s I have ever spent.
Wow Taco Stacks, you got soaked to the bone but still managed to find some goodies and put out a video. That's awesome thank you for sharing your video 👌😊
Taco, a great use for those old crocks is next to your fireplace to hold a bunch of logs. They help to keep the area clean too because all of the little pieces of bark and sawdust are contained inside the crock. They look real classy too! Merry Christmas!🎄✝️♥️
Hey Taco! Did you know you can get a masonry drill bit to drill small holes on either side of those cracks and use some of that nice copper wire you collect to mend those crocks, you can find videos on TH-cam explaining how to do that, thanks for all the entertainment❤
🐓I expected chickens to jump out of the van!!! Sorry you gotta empty the van before bulk pick up, more work. Crocks + flex seal = flower pot, blanket holder, table base, umbrella stand, dog toy holder, Christmas tree holder, so many options. (I'd ask a potter about getting it fixed? Idk) Good video Taco, btw, you mentioned "your" time, does that mean it's "Taco Time", lol! I'm sorry, I could help myself. I had to make the "bad" joke! Lol! Hugs & smoochies to Salsa girl! ☺🤗🥰❤🦮🙏✝❤
Thank you Taco for another 👍 great video. The crocks are great finds and all that metal you have. The chickens in the street were so funny to me. Have a great day Taco and Salsa.
My grandma had a big crock like those you found. For years, she and her 5 daughters got together to make sauerkraut. The rest of the year the crock was a lamp table beside grandma's rocker. Grandpa had made a round top about a 1/3 bigger than the crock's diameter out of wood. Grandma kept a pretty starched top over the top. Most people never knew it was a crock. I would buy either one of those crocks from you, Taco. With a little imangination, those cracks could be hidden, making a nice decor piece. V😊😊😊
My great grandma Shunk made saurkraut in a crock just like that, Even if it doesn't hold anymore it is still a cool find. I have one I bought sixty years ago and it is just decor and happy with that.
OMG Taco Stacks An Awesome Rainy Trash Picking Day. Hugs and kisses for Queen Salsa and Queen Gracie. GREAT VIDEO AND GREAT CONTENT. THUMBS-UP ALWAYS!!!!!!
I use a crock that is cracked a fine line one for my kitchen utensils Glue the crocks they will last for a long time after you fix them it would make an umbrella stand just put some sponge on the bottom
Crocks prefect for decor. I have broken one outside. Has not been taken, has been moved, has no bottom. So save outdoor decoration and if someone takes not out a lot.
I realize that rain is a mess when you work outside but your area is so lucky with all the rain you got ... It has been so dry and everything is suffering ... we only got about an inch or two and needed so much more
Yes Taco!. Think those chickens were playing chicken with you. Or was it a chicken toll road. Could tell there were no competitors out no cut cords. That expanding poles looked like for those pull suit cases. Great picking😀
Hi Taco! Go get warmed up in dry clothes. The crocks are great for planters. You did well in spite of the rain. If it were me, I’d rearrange the stuff in back to make room for more scrap. That way you don’t have to unload & reload it. You need a rain coat so you don’t get wet all over. Just a thought! Blessings to you and sweet Salsa! ❤️✝️
Hola Taco I enjoyed your video especially the chickens crossing the road say hi to salsa🐕 for me have a wonderful evening🌜 see you mañana 🌞love and God bless 💕♥️♥️🙏🙏🙏👍✌️
Love watching your vidios you find lots of great things only thing I have problem with is the volume of the vidios when your talking the chickens wanted you to have them for dinner lol stack it up then go out in morning for full load keep up the great work ps can I maybe get your autograph I love to have it and when are you doing another storage unit hugs
It's always better to start with a empty van... Because nothing is worse than finding a good piece and not having any room for it! That way you can cut up that rack to make more space.
Do you want to hear about rain, Taco? As I write this it’s four o’clock in the morning-Thursday, it’s been raining since about six o’clock am Wednesday. It’s because hurricane Ian is coming through Florida, we could get in my general area, up to twenty to twenty four inches of rain. Right now the wind is pretty strong and besides the rain, we’re in a tornado watch, too. Fun, fun times! 🤦🏼♀️ I haven’t lost power yet, although it’s flickered a few times, but the worst hasn’t made it through yet! So the possibility is still there we’ll be without power before it’s all said and done. So while I still have power I’ll watch you and other TH-camrs to try and keep my mind off of what could happen. ✌🏼❤️
those big crocks, even broken, would be good for topiaries on the porch. If worried about them breaking, first glue the cracks. I'd put a couple of Cypress trees or the conical shaped fir trees with fairy lights. Pets for Salsa!
@@meganseastrom5467 ah ..Italian Cypress...they would get root bound and die. Those would need 30+ gallon containers..more suited to ground planting. But a small trellis with a pretty trailing, or flowering, vine would be nice 👍.
where i live in michigan we have three large bins trash, compost and recycling and a regular trash truck picks piles at the curb all paid for by city taxes,4 trucks total every wednesday
Why did the 3 chickens cross the road? no ideal ..lol....The crocks even cracked still look great. I glued my cracks turned it around and it makes a very nice magazine rack and I also flip it over for a plant stand. 👍video. ✌💖
Get dry and warm up if you can.🌧 I loved the chickens and the crocks. Great for storing umbrellas.🌂. Fun day to watch probably not as fun out in the weather. Thank You. 🐾
Hey I'd give you $5 a piece for thos÷ cracked crocks. You should put them on your porch. One for flowers and one for umbrellas. Put the racks in the back. I'd love them. They are expensive new. I had one but left it out in the cold and it cracked. You must bring them inside in the fall. That little table can be sold to. Geeze people throw away good things.
Lovely to see the beautiful rain.It makes the roads look like liquorice strips.
My heart stopped when you pointed to the crocks! 😳🥰🥰🥰. That was an amazing score!
Love the big crock pots also! I would put the crack in the back & nice plant on top. What a trooper you are, getting soaked but still finding lots of stuff to scrap! Stay safe in the rain...
The crocks were fine, you can keep them for yourself. I loved the silly chickens!
I just realized l have been a subbie to you for probably 3 or 4 yrs l would think as l remember showing my older sister your site when she was at my house one Christmas and she loved it...she passed yesterday and l will miss her so terribly much....
So sorry for your loss 🙏
May she rest in peace
😢🙏🕊️💐 so sad to hear that Robyn. She'll be with you always though, in spirit. I lost a family member several months ago, like a daughter to me...I miss her everyday. 🤗🙏
So sorry for your loss
I have 3 of those crock pots. Yes they get cracks. But they are great for umbrellas or a lightweight plant. You could use those for a lot of things
Exactly. These days you can't be picky.

Picking in the rain just pickin in the rain what a glorious feeling my gloves are soaked again.............
Thank you Taco, alot of fun. Love the crocks great for even drcor. I hope you get even more tonight!
Hi! Those crocks will be perfect for decor... cracks dont matter in that case. On your porch with fall, xmas, seasonal decorations. Very cool.
loved this. it hurts my heart when you don't find a lot. especially since gas is so high. love ya!
Wow Taco Stacks, you got soaked to the bone but still managed to find some goodies and put out a video. That's awesome thank you for sharing your video 👌😊
My sofa & chairs, I've had for at least 25years and & got them second hand from my aunt 🤓. Hope bulk pickup does well for you 👍👍

Fun tag along. Thank you Taco Stacks...
I heard you start to laugh when you said the chickens crossing the road. I had to laugh out loud. Good video taco
It is so sad when things get put out during a rain storm . You always find some interesting items . Well have a great Picking Day !
even though there cracked they still have value...great find..
The crocks could be used for umbrellas. Good day Taco, always a fun day, thanks.

Good call picking up the second croc.
I have scrapped old AC Units, Your Friend is correct, Cuts like butter with Sawzall
Love those crocks! They would be simple enough to repair.
Lehigh Valley is so beautiful this time of year…also, take extra gloves so you can change to fresh gloves when the weather is lousy 🌝
Taco. You are a trooper. You work hard to keep us updated. Love to Salsa.
Love the chairs and chicks. Good finds again. 😃
Bulk days are the best! Chickens! Remember "Chicken Alley", folks? ): They're back, Taco!! peace
Thank you Taco for another 👍 great video. The crocks are great finds and all that metal you have. The chickens in the street were so funny to me. Have a great day Taco and Salsa.
I love the chickens and the crocks. I have my Grandmother's crock, with the lid. The only thing that didn't make it this far was the wooden weight.

Clear Gorilla Glue works really well! Put it your yard as a planter, Taco. You sell your items at the flea market too cheap!
Great entertaining video, especially the 🐔 🤣🤣🤣 Hope you find lots of treasures 🤑 💰 on your hunt the next few days !!! 👍👊👏✌️
Chickens in the road made me giggle! 😂😂😂
I use a crock that is cracked a fine line one for my kitchen utensils

Good luck hope you find a ton of scrap metal and treasures!! The last bulk pick up a few months ago you had was crazy. Be safe!
Crocks prefect for decor. I have broken one outside. Has not been taken, has been moved, has no bottom. So save outdoor decoration and if someone takes not out a lot.
The crocks were a good find and smart picking, the No.12, ceramic cement will help stop thr crack, again another fun video...
I’ve scrapped all my life, comfortably retired yet still scrapping.
We only have bulk pickup in my town - and other nearby towns - twice a year. I love picking up items during those times!
let those pots dry and then apply superglue while putting tension on the pot works like magic
I realize that rain is a mess when you work outside but your area is so lucky with all the rain you got ... It has been so dry and everything is suffering ... we only got about an inch or two and needed so much more
Thanks so much!
That was close , that looked like a chicken hijack .You got lucky dude 😁
The chickens are so cute.
Someone can put a potted plant in another container in the crocks. Or kindling next to the fireplace or woodstove. Nice free finds.
The crocks are AMAZING!!
Just the glass in the wicker table is probably worth something. 💚💚💚
Yes Taco!. Think those chickens were playing chicken with you. Or was it a chicken toll road. Could tell there were no competitors out no cut cords. That expanding poles looked like for those pull suit cases. Great picking😀
Get some miliput and repair the crocks. Still amazing pieces that can be saved and made sturdy. Easy repair. Glad you saved them.

We here in Florida are dealing with Hurricane Ian. Winds, rain, flooding...
Good luck to our friends in Florida.

Taco if crocks don’t sell put out with fern. They make beautiful planters. Drop with pot in them.
At least you can ask answer everybody's dying question why did the chicken want to cross the road
To get in Tacos way
HaHa
Fun scrap day in the rain Taco
Really enjoy all your videos.
Chickens broke out of the local free range laying farm...quick Ethel, rrrun! 🤣🐓🥚
Hi from Guam 🇬🇺 USA 🇺🇸
enjoy your day ....
Water colors lol. Do as I say not as I do. It looks like a great day to stay home , drink hot tea and read a good book.
It's always better to start with a empty van... Because nothing is worse than finding a good piece and not having any room for it! That way you can cut up that rack to make more space.
When we moved, one of my 12 gal. crocks cracked. We've wired under the lip and twisted it tight....so far it's held for 7 years!
As you know you love walking even in the rain 😆

You might put Cypress trees I them, but they'll die soon.
Cypress trees grow in swamps, and grow 'knees' to help with adequate air exchange.
@@just.j5302 Oh, I must have the incorrect name. I am thinking of the conical shaped evergreen trees common in Italy and California.

✌💖
Be careful in the 🌧️☔
You need to put that broom to work in the back of the van ..lol
You can take the bed frames apart would give you more room
Those crocks would make beautiful tomato planters for your deck neck year.
So close to 300K!
Get dry and warm up if you can.🌧 I loved the chickens and the crocks. Great for storing umbrellas.🌂. Fun day to watch probably not as fun out in the weather. Thank You. 🐾
Nice haul taco
You did leave that chair there last week Taco
Noooooooooo , hhahahhaa , no no No, Taco, just put it in the back yard? FILL it with soil.. ... . PUT a plant in it! .. :-D
Make sure they are copper tubes before you go to the trouble !! Some of them are aluminum tubing with a copper wash on them !!
Love the hunt u can find some amzimg things
At 07:15mins - it looks like a thermonuclear device - a small one! Great video! I can't pass this up ... Why did those chickens cross the road?
00:11 Is that JD’s in Nazareth?! Cool!
I say never pass up a crock. 6000 glue works miracles on crocks. You can use cracked crocks on porches.
You can take super glue and use something to spread in the crock. Both sides
Those chickens tho 🤣
Ask $50 for those crocks. Amazing find!
Which came 1at the chicken or the egg. Ha ha Those crocks my neighbor use to make his beer in those in S. Indiana memories
My guess would be that it was some kind of adjustable bed railing. but who knows what that other part was used for.
the crock are u gonna keep it or sell it. if u kept them both itd be easy to fill the cracks and sand it and repaint it
Repack load before tomorrow ,take out the big crocks
If no one wants the crock you can use for umbrella stand
Sorry about the rain but I am excited for bulk day.
I would definitely buy those crocks! Love the chickens in the road...
